Thinking of trying to get the Batman Armored Zip Up hoodie tomorrow on restock. I’m 6’ 185lbs but I want a snug fit. Do I try going for a small? Anyone else tried one of these on and can share an experience? TIA y’all

Hey everyone, I’m new to Reta but not GLPs. At the turn of the new year, I got on Tirz direct from Eli Lilly and saw insane gains. My starting weight of 276 and 38% body fat has fallen to 185 pounds and ~18% body fat. Lots of strength training went into that to curb muscle loss. I feel like a totally different person (and look like one too).

Well about six weeks ago I decided paying $450 a month was crazy and got onto a compounded tirz from Hallandale. Ran through that and after a lot of research landed on giving Reta a try to see if I can kill this last bit of belly fat that’s hanging around.

At my highest pure Tirz dose I was at 10mg a week. On compounded I was stepping down from 10mg

Been on this sub for awhile as a lurker. 38M 6’0” looking for some help with transitioning either off tirz, going to low dose maintenance, or to another gray market like Reta.

Since the new year I’ve been on Zepbound, I started at 2.5 for four weeks, 5mg for four weeks, 7.5 for four weeks, and now I am going on week 8 of 10mg. In that time frame I have lost 82 pounds, going from 276lbs to 194lbs.

I have been religiously tracking my training, weight loss, calories and my macros during this time using my at home scale and Cal AI. According to all my data I have gone from 37-39% body fat to 21% and roughly 8-10 pounds of my weight loss was muscle.

Quick question for the gallery,

I got two pairs of Superman raglan shirts and a Superman compress, unfortunately I am a weird inbetween size and all three in some way don't fit. I am returning them, and selected instant exchange. Do they go ahead and send those replacement sizes, or do they wait for my shirts to get to them and then send it?

The way its worded on the website makes it seem like they send it along and then when they receive it they take the hold off my CC. Just trying to figure out what that looks like. Thanks all.

This time last year, I was barely running at all. On a good day I was doing 2 minute / 3 minute walk/run intervals. I could run for about 5 minutes solid before calling it.

Today I ran 30 minutes solid. Solid. Was it fast? No. I was running 4.8 mph on a 1.5% incline. But that’s progress baby and I don’t have many people to share it with, so I wanted to put it here.
