With okbuddyhalflife going private, there has been a huge influx of low effort posts, memes, and shitposts coming into this subreddit with little communication from the moderator team.

I feel like there should be some more active moderation here to stop this subreddit from devolving into what batmanarkham has become.

The rules here are only enforced by the moderators if someone reports things, and if everyone's shitposting because all the serious users left, nobody is going to report anything.

I just don't want to see this subreddit slip into madness.

I'm trying to build an elevator where the pulley is UNDER the platform you ride, and am accomplishing this by building a frame that goes deep into an underground shaft.

I place a contraption controller on to of the platform and glue it, and when I build the elevator by right clicking the elevator pulley, it registers the floors and allows me to scroll through them, but pushing the button doesn't move the elevator.

Placing a contraption controller at the bottom of the frame near the anchor for the elevator pulley does work, but that's not the part of the elevator I want to be able to ride. It's not feasible to put the pulley above the platform either, because there is a roof that ope
