I’m pretty new to the game. My stable includes the Sennheiser ie200, ie300, 7hz diablo and the latest entrant being the AKG N5005. Now i use an Audicular D07 dac for the first three and get amazing output listening to music on my iphone at 60% volume. The AKG aint doing that. It is playing at 80 percent which becomes a little harsh. I feel they sound best at 60 percent ish volume. What dac might be powerful enough? The more compact the better!!!

Finally scored my AKG N5005 which will take couple of weeks to reach me. Now this comes with a 3.5 cable and something called as a balanced cable with a 2.5mm jack. Is there a DAC that will be compatible with this cable?

Long shot, but I want to the buy the alg n5005 if anyone is selling preferably with box and all accessories.
