Has there been changes to masterworking so that certain items cannot be masterworked? I have an item that I tempered but I cannot masterwork. It's a regular legendary item which I didn't think had any requirements? What am I missing? the game doesnt tell me why i cannot masterwork a specific item.
I have tried two adapters. First was a USBC to HDMi cable and I can get video but no audio. HDNI doesn’t show up as an output option. Only the internal MacBook speakers work. Second is a cable matters USBC to hdmi adapter and I plug my own HDMI cable into it and out to the TV. No audio again. The cable matters adapter is specifically labeled as Mac compatible and I can get 4k at 165hz like they mention is possible, but I cannot get any audio.
What am I missing? Do I really need Apple’s AV adapter to get audio?
It’s been a while since I did in store pickup for an online order but I noticed that now you have to go stand in the normal checkout line to pick up items you already paid for if you aren’t going to do curbside. I went in to browse a bit before picking up my order but didn’t get anything else and it took 30 minutes in line to get an item that took all of 2 minutes to bring to me once I got up there.
My question is, why was this changed? I remember going to the customer service line which is usually much shorter, to pickup items for an order. This was always quick, usually less than 5 minutes. Are they trying to funnel everyone to just do curbside? Sometimes I like to browse around so I wou
I usually don’t play long enough for the battery to die but today my edge battery died so I used a standard dualsense and it occurred to me that I actually prefer the shape of the handles and overall feel more on the standard controller vs the edge.
Am I alone in feeling this way? Going back to the edge is almost cramped feeling in comparison because of the different angle of the handles. I don’t have large hands or anything.
Playing Super Mario Galaxy 1+2 on switch 2 seems much better for me with split joycons vs pro controller due to the pointer being far more accurate. Having said that, I do find that playing with split joycons isn’t super comfortable for long sessions. Has anyone used any of the grips that attach to the joycons individually and if so what do you think of them? The Wii pointer was just more ergonomic than the joycons.
I don't know if it's me or if anyone has experienced this but I'm at the last section of the game when you are running through town and interact with the dolls to get blocked off and have to fight some monsters. The problem is I'm at the second one and I fight and kill 2 of them but the barrier never lifts to allow me to progress. I saw one more monster up the hill but it turned around and is not visible and will not come down. I tried running around the edge of the barrier, as far as it lets me go, but it didn't seem to trigger anything. Am I missing something or doing something wrong? The game has crashed enough times on me that I was ready to give up but this is really bad if it will just
Are these upgrade packs tied to an account? Meaning do the upgrade packs only work on the account that purchased them? Can you share them with a family member who is linked? My situation is my girlfriend has a switch 1, I have a switch 2, my niece has a switch 2 now also. If I buy a game on switch 2 only I or my neice can play it on our respective switch 2 consoles. If I buy a switch 1 game I can let my girlfriend play it if I give her access to the virtual game card or just give her the physical card to use in her console. However what I'm wondering is if I buy a game for the switch 1 then purchase an upgrade pack, does my neice have access to the upgrade pack as well when she is borrowing

So I purchased an Asus 32" 4k QD-OLED and it was damaged out of the box from Best Buy. Now when I return it to exchange they don't have any of the Asus models in stock at any store local to me. Looking at my options they have an LG 32" WOLED and an Alienware QD-OLED as well as the new LG 45" 5Kx2K Ultrawide. I'd rather not step down to 27". Should I go for the ultrawide? I have a 5080 GPU.
I've looked but seem unable to find benchmarks of GPUs with 5kx2k resolution such as the new LG 45" ultra wide. I have a 5080 and was curious what type of performance it can get with something like this. Anyone know of a website or youtube channel that has this type of info? Everyone is talking about the console cost, lack of OLED, game pricing, slow webcam stuff, and all that but I haven't seen much talk about the new SD Card requirements. In case someone didn't know the Switch 2 will only support Micro SD Express cards. These memory cards are up to 10x faster than standard SD Cards but the caveat is that they are also expensive. A 256GB standard micro SD card that works in the current switch model is about $20 but an Express, or EX card is 3x the cost at $60. A 1TB card will set you back $200. Looking at buying a MacBook Air m4 to replace a dead windows laptop I’ve used for years. I have a gaming PC so gaming is not really a concern but does the extra GPU power have any noticeable effect in other ways? I’m just wondering if ponying up the extra for the 10 core GPU is worth it over the base model.
I’ve also not truly decided if I should get the 13 or the 15. If I get the 15 it comes with the 10 core GPU apparently as standard but if I go for the 13 and want the extra GPU cores it’s the same price but has the larger SSD in a smaller form factor.
I have my charging situation at home that I've used for years all set but I'm looking for something smaller that is more portable to bring with me now that I have some friends who got into the hobby. The only requirement is that it must accept various plugs. I'm pretty much setup on EC5 for everything I run but my friends have some different plugs on their stuff so I'd like to have an all in one solution. The recommended chargers from various posts like the HOTA D6 Pro look they accept XT90 but I have a hard time finding any info on whether it will accept different plugs without buying every adapter out there.

Quick question for anyone using this setup, did you have to do any special adjustments to the pedal platform to get comfortable? The pedals as we know are very upright and this cause some discomfort when in use unless you have the angle just right from your seat. I’ll be using this from my usual desk chair for the time being, at least until i figure out some space for either a new rig or to add on to this one with the seat NLR offers. For those who are using this setup how did you get around this? I hesitate to call it an issue because with a proper rig it’s not going to be a problem as much. Should I just get inverted pedals which would eliminate this issue entirely?
