Been experiencing some massive stutters and dropped frames recently. On a 4070 super with a 7800x3d. Decided to rollback my Nvidia drivers back to a November 2025 release, fixed the issue, game runs smooth. If you're having issues like this, take this post a reminder to try rolling back your GPU drivers to a time you remember them working right.
13 months ago had a p0299 code and couldn’t accelerate past 60 mph and just generally had no power. Hyundai dealer said it needed to be replaced but decided to get it done at a small shop instead. After market turbo for like $700ish. Now that one has failed. Dealer inspected it and said the wheel impeller is worn, on both sides inlet and outlet. It’s also leaking oil internally. Hyundai wants $2700 to replace the turbo. Vehicle has about 145,000 miles on it.
I have another mechanic who will take a look and give his 2 cents at no charge.
What do?
