I wont get into the whole story but TLDR when I was 18 I got kicked out of the house. My mom was a drug addict and a piece of shit, and when I came home from school one day before graduation the locks were changed and there was a note on the door that said "You are no longer welcome here, you can come back in a week and grab your stuff". Like the title says I’ve been on zepbound for a year and have had great success almost 90 pounds down. Wife and I are planning on having kids starting in Jan / Feb so I want to try and lose as much I can before I have to stop taking zepbound.
I’ve been on 7.5 for a few months, think I should go to 10 and go as hard as I can for a few months. Or stick to 7.5 and titrate down.
Should I even be titrating down? Has anyone been In this situation?
I’m excited but also kinda nervous to stop taking zepbound. I’ve had so much success on it and it just lets me live my life and not think about food constantly. I know I’ll be back on it someday.
