Hey all, our group is starting up a Northlands campaign soon from Kobold Press. We’re all on the newer side and if this lasts will be the first higher level campaign for most of us.

Anyway the party is a path of titans barbarian, a seer cleric, and a rouge/fighter of some kind. I was debating between warlock or bard and am leaning bard. Problem is I’m having a hard time narrowing down the subclass. Lore and valor are leading options but the Skald from the Northlands world book is appealing if for nothing else than it fits the setting.

I was just hoping to hear some thoughts on this or the setting of anyone has experience with it.

So my trickery cleric is coming up on level 4, likely next session and will be taking his first feat. I’ve been looking at feats and can’t decide what I’d like. I’m looking closely at Fey Touched, Inspiring Leader, and War Caster.

Im the cleric in a 3 person party and the only one with healing, other two are melee in the Lost Mines of Phandelver campaign using 2024 character rules. For RP, flavor and general utility I like inspiring leader and fey touched best and these feel more like my character - halfling cleric of Brandobaris. They help with getting unique spells I wouldn’t normally and getting around the battlefield in Fey Touched, or with giving a nice temp HP buff and also fits them

Hey Dads, Not sure this is the best place for this but I wasn’t sure where to start.

I feel like my 4 year old daughter gets “stuck” on repeat sometimes. And I don’t mean in the more common ‘mommy is my favorite’ kind of way.

I do bath and prep for bed my wife does bed time. If it is relevant she falls asleep in our daughter’s bed and will get up and leave sometime in the night. Tonight when getting ready for bed my daughter got stuck in what I call the I Want Mommy loop. She had gone potty and I told her it was time to brush teeth but before we could get to that point she started repeating I want mommy and the tears were coming. Now she just saw mom before going potty and she will see

Im not sure if this is exactly and HR question but I wasn’t sure where else this would be appropriate to ask. I am in management in the Cleveland Ohio area and we had a severe wind storm and even had tornadoes in a few communities on Tuesday. While the situation is improving there were over 300,000 without power and some people are being informed that it will be another week before power is restored. Two days later and there’s still an estimated 200,000 without power.

Does anyone know when Costco travel might have their Disney World packages available? I think the park recently opened their own reservations for 2025 but I wanted to check the Costco packages before booking.

Has anyone here booked a Disney package with Costco? How did that go?

So the batteries in the blow dryer that my daughter got for her bear have died. It takes two snap round batteries like you might see in a hearing aid or some watches and one can be removed very easily and the other doesn’t seem to have any lip or space to pry it up.

Does anyone know the secret to removing the batteries in this thing?

Neither is able to complete the job that other more capable birds complete- delivering babies to their parents. The TOTS organization has accepted them with a government subsidy so that the disabled workers can complete the job of a normal worker. Pip is disabled and can’t fly, Freddie is too bird brained to be able to read a map.
