I'm new to Path of Exile 2(played the first one a minor amount, not much), and I intend to just play casually. I did read up and see that I should spend my premium currency during a stash tab sale to get more value. I just have the 300 coins for buying the game.

The Exile Stash Tab, I could pay $20 to get, but it seems like it has a lot of stuff I don't necessarily need, so I'm wondering if that's even good value? Should I buy that or should I just buy other things individually? I know the currency tab is mandatory.

What do you guys suggest buying with 300 coins for a newbie who's only interested in casual play?

He signed this contract coming off of a 4 PPG scoring season, so maybe it makes sense in that context, but after his breakout year this season of putting up 11 PPG on excellent efficiency(65% TS, 45% 3pt%).

He's already rated as a positive player by advanced metrics, and now he's going into what are usually most NBA players' BEST years. He is 25 years old and will likely peak around age 27-28, like most NBA players, but will be under contract with the Grizzlies for basically free throughout that.

I would not be surprised to see him scoring 20+ PPG next year.

I feel like this is the one big missing piece on his resume. Everyone who talks about him universally agrees that he's a tremendous, selfless teammate and great to play with, but I think his MVPs have overshadowed his consideration for this award.

I could maybe see him winning this on the tail end of his career when his physical contributions have started to fade but he still contributes the same great attitude towards the game.

Early MVP polling results pretty much guarantee that Jaylen Brown will be 1st Team All-NBA. People seem to want to give him all the credit for the Celtics' success purely because he has the highest PPG on the team, despite most of that being done at low efficiency(57% TS, 22 PER). He ranks very poorly across the board in every advanced stat(7th on JUST his own team in WS/48 for example), ranking below multiple other Celtics' players on most stats.

To get a better picture of the Celtics' success you can also look at their defensive rating and offensive rating. 4th in defensive rating, and 18th in offensive rating, which means they've been largely winning because of their defense(which JB ra

This guy's career has been one tragedy after another. For starters, he should've been the #2 guy next to KD all those years on the Thunder. If you replace Westbrook with Harden all those years, they win at least two championships and both him and KD properly retire in OKC.

But then you put him on the Rockets and he proves he can carry an entire team by himself to multiple 'almosts' against a generationally good Warriors dynasty where Harden and his team were just barely not good enough or not healthy enough multiple times to get through to the end.

And then in more recent history, he got screwed over by injuries, both his own, and Durants, and Kyrie's mental illness in Brooklyn. And disre

Everyone has joked about the Kings' roster all year long about how they're full of washed players, and their place in the standings this year represents that.

However, it might be that the true strategy all along was to pick up these 'washed' players while their price was low, and now that the trade deadline is here, everyone is going to come sniffing around and willing to give up assets for that last 'piece' they need to help with their bench.

They've got Zach Lavine, Sabonis, DeRozan, Dennis, and Westbrook, all of whom might sound appealing to a desperate enough wannabe contender.

They could end up doing some serious asset building if they make good trades with all or most of these guys

The Nuggets have played 36 games so far, meaning there are 46 games left to play. Jokic has played 32 games, and needs 33 more to be in MVP contention.

That means that if he returns for the home game on January 30th(as Charania has indicated is possible) vs the LA Clippers, and plays out the season, then he will make it to 65 games.

Given that he's been repeatedly ahead of the time table on this injury thus far by all reports, it's possible that he may return earlier than the 30th and allow more comfort room.

I feel like this is a common issue that a lot of people have now that pretty much everybody is spending hundreds of dollars on equipment. I've seen these methods employed, and I'm trying to figure out which is the preferred or best method:

  1. Just awkwardly avoid sticking your paddle out, and after a point or two, your partner will probably stop as well. This might lead to poor chemistry.

  2. Pull short everytime of touching, or just barely graze their paddle. This has the downside of sometimes creating false negatives where you do touch, especially if your partner is over-eager and tries to slap your paddle.

  3. Flip your paddle around to paddle tap with the grip/handle after every point,

There's a ton of reasons this is a good trade.

Miami is already a contender this season, so Giannis would want to go to them. But they're also not so good that they don't 'need' Giannis to get over the hump to win a championship.

They have easy salary dump that isn't contributing anything to the team. Andrew Wiggins and Terry Rozier can be traded for Giannis and aren't currently providing any value.

The main drawback for most teams in trading for him is trying to keep their roster in tact, but Miami won't have that issue. Just attach a haul of picks to Rozier and Wiggins, and you got a championship squad.

I'm not sure if this has ever happened where someone wasn't a HoF coach and wasn't a HoF player, but what if you stick them both together? Like what if JJ Redick has a decent coaching career. Like 7 years, wins a chip, then doesn't coach again. Could he get in the HoF based off playing + coaching?

It'd be different than people like Steve Kerr who definitely isn't a HoF player but definitely is a HoF coach. JJ Redick may have the ability to be in the Hall of Very Good at both jobs.

It'd have to be a situation where the Mavs and Lakers are both having mediocre seasons. Flagg is going to have to look a bit worse than we expect. Lebron is going to have to be disappointed with the fit with Luka.

Then what happens is the Mavs trade Kyrie + Flagg for Lebron. Lebron waives NTC and says yes because it's a contract year and he'll only be out there for like 4-5 months playing for a chip with AD, his old buddy.

Lakers obviously say yes because they're getting a #1 overall back for essentially nothing.

Nico says yes because he's going to think Lebron + AD = Championship since it did mean that in the past. And now they have Klay for the shooting they need.
