My other games I've tried work just fine with decky and lossless scaling.

But Doom absolutely refuses me. I've tried messing with v synch and full screen vs borderless or windowed and turning off frame limits and screen tearing and most everything I can think of, but this game just completely seems to ignore decky and lossless. Has anyone figured out a way to get it working? At this point it's less of an "I need it to play the game" and more of an "it just makes me mad I can't figure out why" situation.

I'm down to one of these but between old threads with older updates and just different needs, I haven't been able to figure out what is likely best for my usage.

I don't wear glasses and my eyes are around a 64 or 64 so either should fit for my viewing (medium size pros). I mainly want these to play my SD OLED on and want them to have a bigger screen than the OLED, where you can't hardly read any of the small text in games like witcher 3.

So anyone have experience recently with both headsets using the steam deck oled? Thanks.

So I was buying a used smartwatch off marketplace. Found one that looked legit that did shipping. Messaged seller a couple questions. He answered back. I clicked to purchase with paypal. All within marketplace. No outside links or anything funny. Contacted seller afterwards and he says he still hasn't gotten the PayPal for it.

On my end though, it shows it all went through....But who it was paid to is a completely different guy's name. The listing for the watch was also changed to "pending" and not something like "sold" or "purchased". I don't know if that's normal or not on Facebook marketplace because I very rarely buy anything on Facebook that isn't an in person pickup.

I want to get a depth map for android for a single lake. Lake of the Ozarks. It's the only one I ever need, so I'd like to not pay like $100 bucks a year to access a single downloaded map just to get depth for fishing. Anyone know of a map or file I can get for free or for a one time purchase available? It seems like every app I find wants you to pay them like $100 a year and that's just more than I want to spend every year to access one map.

It has some negatives and some positives, with most of the negatives being apk issues with android, but overall the thing is definitely getting kept. Much nicer to control compared to a normal trolling motor or one of the skeg replacements.

I have it on an inflatable Sea Eagle 385 FTA.

Anyhow, I felt pretty worried about buying the thing, because like 99% of the info I could find on the new GPS ones came from the Pacmotor company, so ask any questions you have and I'll answer over at least the next few days.

I'm on 11.0.18_GB with android 16 and since then my Google maps seems to stop having my location be correct any time it gets out of wifi range, until I turn location data off and back on. After that it works great again, like it always used to do before the last update.

Phone has been shut off and back on since the update. Maps cache has been cleared. This happening to anyone else? Any fixes to try?

Thanks!

I was looking to quiet down my .22 air Venturi avenge x and have never tried a moderator\suppressor before, so I'm not looking to dive straight into buying a high end one right from the start.

Has anyone tried a 3d printed moderator for this rifle? Or does anyone know of a pretty cheap non 3d printed one that seems to work well? As I'm new to moderators I'm not really sure what I'm looking for as far as size or thread size or adapters needed to fit one on, etc, so any help would be welcome. Thanks.

So this has been a slowly building issue over the past few years that has been getting more frequent.

Sometimes (now to the point of often) my HVAC blower will stay on all the time. Have a "dumb" white rogers thermostat with a york air handler. They're about 18 years old. 6 wire thermostat system, plus a jumper wire between RC and RH.

Now I can be on program or on auto on the thermostat. And I can be in heat or in ac mode. It always gets to the set temp and stays there. But sometimes after the fan turns on, it won't ever shut off unless I go make a change on the thermostat. Like if it's in heat mode I can turn it down a degree or click the fan mode from program to auto, or turn the sys

Have a 2400. Came at a great price and has been doing a fantastic job so far, but it comes with some drawbacks.

It has a bit of a high power draw on standby, and the fan is louder than most. I knew based on videos and reviews and such about these problems, and I was ok with them.

What all of the "I want to keep getting free stuff" YouTubers all failed to mention though, was the atrocious fan curve and scaling for the fan. It seems programed to instantly change from no fan to max and back to no fan, just based on power draw. If the power draw if floating close to the wattage of high speed and no fan (around 65w on DC for instance) it will keep bouncing back and forth every second
