Anyone seeing this weirdness in the demo? Screenshot : https://i.ibb.co/RkwbZ6mm/Nioh3-Glitch.jpg

If I pan the camera behind my character that purple lighting flares up when there's water in the distance. It changes the colour of the rain drops too. I first noticed it at the early camp with a particular large puddle. I'm seeing it at 4K but if I bump down to 1440p it appears to go away. I've tried switching off various graphical settings including DLSS but no joy. Running the latest Nvidia drivers, a 50 series card and no overclocking. Card isn't maxed out or overheating.

Wondered if anyone else is seeing it and if so, were you able to fix it?

Thought I'd share this as I'm trying to see the amusing side rather than mourn the groundsheet of my Scarp 1.

The first clue something was afoot was a sleeve on my waterproof coat, which was resting on the groundsheet, started twitching late on a cold night in Scotland. Odd I thought. So I shifted the coat and patted the groundsheet but nothing seemed to react so I went back to sleep somewhat baffled.

When it came to taking my tent down and removing all my gear... I find that hole. It's pretty big too. I can see the small teeth marks of whatever did it and there are some small droppings in the general area along with eaten grass. Lovely. There wasn't any

Has anyone experienced this or can advise what the cause may be?

Yesterday I made use of some new Scarpa Rush Trk Lt Gtx boots and covered around 10 miles of unchallenging terrain. It's a route I do every weekend and the conditions were dry but warm. I wear Bridgedale hiking socks. The boot fit felt good at the store and at home.

About half way in to my walk I began to feel the dreaded heat sensation on the inside of both heels. I pushed on as I didn't have any blister prevention tools with me and when I got home I indeed had the start of two minor blisters. They're in the exact same place on both feet... on the inside curve of each heel around the mid point. It's an area I've not had issu

Weird issue, wondering if anyone can suggest any possible causes or fixes.

I installed a new NVME SSD today but Windows 11 is refusing to activate. I've tried multiple fresh installs, all using my MS account that has a digital license that I've previously used for the same version of Windows 11 on my old SSD. Same motherboard. Troubleshooting doesn't fix it nor does the "Recent hardware change" option.

Here is the odd thing: If I put my old SSD back in and perform the same fresh install with the same MS account, it immediately activates without any issues. I've repeated this behaviour multiple times today. New SSD always fails, old SSD always works.

My understanding is the digital license

I wonder if anyone with experience of the Kinlochleven leg of the WHW can assist with a question I have. I'm due to pass through Kinlochleven on the weekend of 16th/17th September as part of my first WHW journey. I've just discovered that this is also the weekend of the Salomon Skyline Running Festival which features a number of trail races across both days that start and end in Kinlochleven and appear to make use of the WHW.

My question is, should this be something of concern for me? I'm a little nervous about Kinlochleven being difficult to navigate due to road closures and the WHW trail itself being very busy with trail runners. This isn't a rant or complaint about the events. I'm all fo

I pulled the trigger on a 4080 FE last week (I know) and I'm wondering which of these two CPUs is best paired with it for my current gaming needs. The 5600x or the 5800X3D. My typical usage is 1440p gaming in single player titles. I play with ultra detail settings and RT turned up where available. Games like Cyberpunk, Control, Metro Exodus, RDR2, Assassin's Creed etc and future titles.

With this in mind, am I good with the 5600x I already own or would the 5800X3D be a worth while upgrade? It's at a pretty good price here right now but I'm struggling to decide based on reviews and YouTube benchmarks etc. Thank you.

Edit: Thanks for the feedback!

Hello fellow flight simmers. 95% of my flights end at Heathrow and so I'm very familiar with the approach that takes me over the middle of London, the Houses of Parliament and Buckingham Palace. Those buildings in particular now look stunning thanks to the World Update. However I've noticed that more often than not the other buildings simply don't finish loading in and I'm often left looking down at jagged buildings, pyramid shapes and it's generally a bit of a mess compared to the rest of the experience. For example the closer to Heathrow I get the better the houses look.

I'm running on high settings and have a decent PC so it's not my rig that's holding the game back. Does anyone know wh

I wonder if anyone can solve this problem.

I've a Macbook Air that has developed a fault with it's T key. It no longer works no matter how I press the key on the keyboard. If I connect a USB keyboard the same key fails to register. I suspect what's happening is it's actually firing all the time. Why do I suspect this? Well if I reboot without holding down any keys I enter what I believe to be a "File Transfer Mode" which is typically accessed by holding down T on boot. I get a lightning symbol on the screen to indicate this.

To get around this I have to hold down another key whilst booting to prevent it entering FTM. Which leads to my first problem: Once I get to the login screen I can't

When the four covenants were announced I always hoped for a fifth option that would allow you to pledge allegiance and loyalty to The Jailer and anyone else who happened to be on the "dark side". The Maw would become your home. NPCs in other cities would attack you on sight. It would be very much an outcast role play decision. Similar to Dread Lords in Ultima Online for any other boomers out there. And unlike the other four covenants, your decision would be a one way ticket. Once you pledged loyalty to The Jailer, you can't go back. At least not on that particular character.

Other features might include automatic PVP flagging so you could always be killed by members of the other covenants.

I appreciate this is very much a "Duh, they even showed you this in the tutorial!" post but hey. Others might have missed the significance like my dumb ass did, so I'm sharing.

I fired up Eternal for the first time earlier and immediately began to run low on ammo. This resulted in me getting my ass handed to me repeatedly due to entering battle areas with barely any ammo. The game was rapidly losing its fun factor.

Then it suddenly dawned on me. The chain saw always has at least 1 use available which recharges over time. And if you chainsaw mobs, you get ammo. Game completely changed. Now I enter most fights with the chain saw and pretty much use it as soon as it's off it's cool down to co
