I was originally planning on taking just one of my kids to the game today because the other had a playdate scheduled, but the playdate fell through. Does anyone by any chance have a spare ticket to the STM Tailgate?

I need around 250 more and I have around 500 dupes. Looking to trade via USPS within the continental US but would also be willing to trade in person within around an hour of me.

With his win today, Joey Logano becomes the sixth driver to win Cup Series championships in multiple generations of cars. Dale Earnhardt and Jimmie Johnson each won in three generations of cars, while Richard Petty, Terry Labonte, and Tony Stewart each won in two.

Richard Petty (Gens 1 and 2)
Dale Earnhardt (Gens 2, 3, and 4)
Terry Labonte (Gens 3 and 4)
Jimmie Johnson (Gens 4, 5, and 6)
Tony Stewart (Gens 4 and 5)
Joey Logano (Gens 6 and 7)

There is one active Gen 5 champion and there are five active Gen 6 champions who could potentially add their names to this list next season:

Brad Keselowski
Kevin Harvick
Kyle Busch
Martin Truex Jr.
Chase Elliott
Kyle Larson

Jimmie Johnson in 2010 was the last reigning champion to defend their title successfully. Since then, no driver has won consecutive championships. The longest previous streaks without a successful title defense were both 8 seasons (1949-1956, 1999-2006).

Over this 12 year run, we have had 9 unique champions. So far, only Jimmie Johnson and Kyle Busch have won multiple titles during this span.

Max Verstappen is 24 years old and just won his 23rd Grand Prix. If he wins one more before September 30 (which seems pretty likely), he will have 24 wins as a 24 year old. Is there anyone who has reached their age in wins at such a young age? It took Hamilton and Schumacher until they were 29.

I know this is a dumb pointless stat, but it shows 1) how young he was when he got started, and 2) how much he has been able to accomplish at such a young age.

I remember hearing that former Philadelphia Eagles quarterback had died a few years ago, but it appears that he is in fact still alive. Does anyone else remember him dying or am I misremembering?

I've played this game offline for quite a while and finally decided to venture into the multiplayer world on PS4. I've gotta say that I am regretting that decision. I have yet to have a single race that wasn't ruined by people driving like total jackasses. I get why weregonnalose does it, he's making plenty of money, but I really don't understand why others are spending money to go online and do nothing but ruin other people's races.

Sorry for venting, but the online experience has been pretty damn frustrating.
