So to get this going, I am 18 and looking to purchase a rifle. I wanna start to get into it and going to the range with some buddy’s but I can’t find a particular rifle that would be one LEGAL, and in budget. Ik Maryland has the rule that all ar-15s after 2013 have to have a HBAR barrel. And Ik most 300. blk have a HBAR but I wasn’t to sure. The link to the specific rifle will be below. So i just turned 18, looking at some ar-15s and was thinking about purchasing one in the next month. Started looking at the 4473 questions and question 11f had me a little confused. So around 3 years ago I was suicidal and did some self harm, never wanted to hurt anyone just had some traumatic things happening and stressful times. so my last post was regarding a 04 kawisaki zx6r with no title and this post I a question that I have regarding this. If I was to purchase the bike with no title would I be able to get a title via frame swapping? Like if I brought the bike got a separate main frame with a title and swapped out the old frame that has no title to the new on with a title would that bike now be legal?

so I’m currently working on getting a first bike and came across the guy selling a 04-06 Kawasaki zx6r. He said he doesn’t have the title due to the bike being brought in to be serviced by his friends shop and the owner didn’t pay for the services provided and he basically had abandoned the bike. Then the shop had closed due to the pandemic and he doesn’t want it. I just wanted to asked what would be the best way to get it titled if I was to purchase it (I live in MD), fixing it up due to it sitting for a while is not a problem for me I need a project and I’m really wanting to get the bike but if I can’t get it titled to ride it then I may have to pay but any tips will be appreciated

Idk why but todays lost sector excavation site xii wont show up I am 1576 warlock and it won’t show up. It hasn’t shown up the past 2 rotations I’ve even went to where the lost sector is and people are there but I don’t see the banner or it on the map can you guys help me out pls
