My son is 28 months old and I’m saying it this way in case is truly makes a difference.. He is speaking but not the way he should be in my opinion but I understand every child is different. He has over 25 words and is building short sentences. There is an extreme amount of whining and tantrums. I try so hard to use a calming voice to work through these. He excels in fine motor skills and does things that older boys aren’t even expected over yet. I’ve noticed hand flapping is at an all time high and a lot of his words are very repetitive. Please let me be clear. I’m very close with his pediatrician and we see him again very soon. What I’m truly concerned about is within the last month he hate

Hi… I am just completely lost. I have a 21 month old boy. He is very low sleep needs and he is extremely energetic and needs CONSTANT attention or he has some of the most severe meltdowns ever. I’m at my wits end… I work practically full time and my husband works more than full time hours. He doesn’t attend day care, he spends time with his grandparents. Which I’m very thankful for. He’s very smart and he’s almost talking. He has 10-15 words and has even begun putting some together. He knows how to undo most of all of our baby proofing stuff so we can’t even step out of the room for more than 30 seconds without the fear of him possibly hurting himself. However when he is with his grandparent

I hope it’s okay to post this here… I just have no one else. I’m married and we have a 16 mo. We’ve been together 8 years but it seems like after baby came both of us changed… or at least I did. I don’t really know who I am anymore and I fight with that often. I work sometimes full time and sometimes part time depending on my business needs week to week. My husband works full time also but it’s more stable than me. He’s always been a great partner and I do love him deeply. He’s always struggled with anger issues and I’ve always just let them go because I love him… it’s gotten better but he still has his moments. I need to clarify now that he has never gotten physical with me or our child. He

Need Advice

Hi! I’m a FTM due the first week of December. I found out today that I will be induced at the end of this month at 39 weeks. I filed my maternity leave and parental bonding time months ago with a company called AbsentOne through Sedgwick. I have had an okay experience with them however I feel like they may not be telling me the whole truth of my time off. I also filed for intermittent absence to help cover my doctors appointments as well. I live 45 minutes from their main office and over an hour from their other two offices. So naturally I have scheduled all of my appts on my one day off a week to avoid needing to use my time. Well of course not every appointment has been able to been schedu

Hello! I am currently 25 weeks along and have been token on flower 2-3 times a day but extremely small amounts. Like so small as soon as the flame hits it, it nearly sucks it into the bowl. However, it’s the only thing keeping me from having literal mental breakdowns every day. I suffer from anxiety and severe depression and was just diagnosed as bipolar. I have a hard time just being in the moment and it’s the only thing that helps. I’m unfortunately in a red state and worry that I’ve already been doing this too long. When is a good time to stop and what could I do in the down time? How long does it stay in my system or my baby’s system. My mental health is really bad and I’m worried it wil
