Has anyone experienced excessive chest congestion from 7 oh? I've been taking it for about a year, 300 mg day. Just recently, I've had so much congestion that I've gone to the ER 3x and got diagnosed with asthma. I can't tell if the 7 was aggravating my condition or causing it. I'm now on SR since yesterday and things significantly better.

The cap in the pic is SR and I filled it about halfway before taking a practice reading. I've been taking. 30 for the past 3 days, along with 200 mg 7 oh. Tomorrow I want to start reducing the 7 oh while upping the SR

I only ordered 2.5 grams from reputable, vetted place. I've been on 300/500, with some spikes up to 700/800. Those "high stress days "..😬

I'm pretty scattered here but the question I'm posting is, what does. 50 mg look like on my scale?

I've got lots of subs from when I detoxed off opiates last year. I've been doing the Bernese method of taking little strips of 1 mg throughout the day along with my reduced 7 dose.

How much did subs help y'all? Should I go up on the dose?

The upper respiratory congestion is horrible rn. I've been tapering for about 6 days, from anywhere from 200 up to 600 some days. For about a year.

I've been tapering for 6 days and have massive chest congestion that I can't cough up. Been on muconex, cough med, tried Sudafed. I think I can handle tapering with sub straps ( 1 mg at a time) and my reduced 7 doage, if I could just get the congestion under control.

Went to Urgent Care and primary told him what was up. He had no idea about Kratom or seven. Best he could do was refer me to pain management and I do not want to go back there after detoxing myself off of opioids last year. He added an antibiotics cough medicine and a albuterol Puffer.

Anyone got any advice for me?

How much should I be taking a day? I have a mg scale and empty capsules. How do y'all take it?

I'm tired of the chronic side effects and would like to be more in control of what exactly goes in me and not be stuck w/ a broken/crooked healthcare system dictating what I can and cannot put in my body. I had great results with Avuelity but at $600!! a month...well, you know what happened there.

of the 82 % mit extract from StAlks with reduced pain level, but no longer feel the anti-anxiety "whew, that's better!"effects. I have been using 7tabs for about 4/5 mos from the vape shop. Do I try increasing my extract dose or have I simply reached my tolerance level? Note, I've tried the two different levels of extract with a 7 tab added.

Is diarrhea associated with alcohol abuse? I do know that it is associated with alcohol withdrawal, but I'm wondering about misuse leading to diarrhea, specifically uncontrolled. Concerned about a family member with a 45-year history of drinking. Thank y'all in advance.
