Hi Soton! Constantinos here, third year CS. Just shipped 2.0 of Supps, a supplement tracker I've been building on the side for about a year and a half. It's a personal project, nothing to do with coursework, but I put a lot of hours into it and figured some of you might want to try it.
It's a native iOS app that turns your supplement stack into a 3D garden. Every supp you track becomes a plant on a 4x4 plot and grows through five stages as you build a streak with it. There's also on-device blood test PDF analysis (import your Randox / Medichecks / NHS report, it flags common deficiencies), HealthKit correlations with sleep and HRV, an Apple Watch app, Lock Screen widgets, the works.

Hey r/Biohackers. Third year CS student at Southampton, launched 2.0 of my supplement tracker over the weekend. Sharing because I think it aligns with what a lot of you already do manually.
Import a PDF from any lab (Randox, Medichecks, Regenerus, NHS, private clinic PDFs, whatever), it scans on device for 13 markers, flags what's off, suggests specific supplements or lifestyle interventions per marker. All extraction runs locally via PDFKit. The PDF itself is never stored and your data never leaves your phone. Every scan gets saved to a synced history so you can watch a marker move as you iterate your protocol.
Markers covered: Vitamin D, B12, Ferritin, Iron, Folate, Magnesium, Zinc,

Hi r/QuantifiedSelf. Long-time lurker, first time posting.
Building an iOS app called Supps for tracking supplements more seriously than the usual reminder-list apps. Two features aimed at the QS crowd specifically:
Each supplement you take gets correlated over time against sleep duration, HRV, resting heart rate, and steps. Shown on the Insights tab as "on days you took X, your Y was Z% higher/lower on average." Not statistically rigorous (no controls, no washout periods), but useful as a pattern-spotter when you're stacking or eliminating.

Hey r/SideProject. Posted about early versions of Supps here a while back and got useful feedback, thought I'd share where I've ended up.
Quick background: third year CS student at Southampton. Started this as my Part III Individual Project because I kept forgetting my supps and hated every tracker I tried. Everything was either a bloated "wellness platform" or a barebones checklist.
Two things I'm actually proud of in 2.0:
Every supp becomes a plant on a 4x4 plinth. Streak-driven growth from Seedling to Fruiting. Miss too many days, plants re

I built Supps, a simple iOS app for tracking daily supplements with reminders and logging. Posted here a few weeks ago and got some great feedback, made a bunch of improvements since then (repeating reminders, better UI, Apple Watch support).
I'm starting to see some organic downloads but I'm trying to figure out the next step. I've been thinking about reaching out to micro-influencers in the fitness/wellness space and possibly nutritionists who could recommend it to clients.
For those of you who've scaled a consumer app, what actually moved the needle? Was
