I’m in California. I’ll keep this anonymous, so I’ll call the players Company A (Debt Buyer/“Owner”) and Company B (Servicer/Collector).

Background: • While a probate case for a family property was still open, a relative executed and recorded a Deed of Trust against my home without proper authority. • Later, that DOT was assigned to Company A. • Company B began “servicing” the supposed loan, sending collection letters, threatening foreclosure, and force-placing insurance. • Based on state licensing databases, neither company is licensed in California to do mortgage servicing, originating, or debt collection of this kind.

What I’ve done so far: • Filed a civil action in CA Superior Cou

My 4 month old LO has been having eczema. It’s been pretty constant since he was born but now it’s seems to be getting worse. We went to the doctor and she said to just keep him moisturized and clean. What brand of products do y’all recommend for this issue? Bath and lotion/ ointments. I’ve been using Mattys eczema and honest baby lotion but it’s not been helping.

My LO is 4 months and we starting to learn to roll. Now he hasn’t done it himself yet but I’ve been trying to have him sleep without his swaddle for a few weeks. I have bought other sleep items like the halo and the sleeping baby. (He does not want anything to do with them) I’ve tried the one arm out. Uhg is there any tricks on having them out of the swaddle into a sleep sack easier. Or is the best way just straight up cold turkey.

My son is almost four months old, and I’ve always envisioned having my children close in age. How realistic is it to consider having two under two, or is this just my postpartum brain influencing my thoughts?

My son is now 14 weeks old and I always forget the diaper bag. I do remember before getting too far away. Anyone else have this problem or something similar?

Fear for the future.

Postpartum Recovery

just want to scream everyday. My anxiety is off the rails. I constantly think that something is going to happen to me and my LO will grow up without a mother. Does anyone else have this fear? I almost feel if it's better if I leave now before he gets to know me (I would never) I know this all stems from loosing my father when I was 12 and my mother recently. I have been talking to a PPD therapist and she doesn't say anything that makes me feel normal like it's all scripted sentences from her. Just want to hear if anyone has fears like this as well

My son was taken to the NICU the minute he was born so I’ve been pumping since day one. We were in the NICU for 9 days and I couldn’t hold him or have him breastfeed at all being in there until 2 days before we left. I top of that he was tongue tied and he got that taken care of a week ago.

It’s been a month and I’m still hardly pumping anything. I’m at 4-8 OZ a day. I give him all my milk daily from my pumps and formula as well. It’s extremely frustrating that I’m not even making enough to feed him per pump. I honestly want to give up.

Any advice on how or ways I can up my milk?

I can’t find a breast pump for home that works well enough - my nipple size is 16 one side and 18 the other. I am having a horrible time. I’ve already tried 2 different brands. Any recommendations would be great or ideas. This is driving me crazy.

I’m being induced for gestational hypertension. Any tips on what to be prepared for before and after? Any tips, tricks or what to expect would be much appreciated!

Last week I went to the ER my feet were swollen like I’ve never seen and my blood pressure was 150/90. It went down and to 130/80 now it’s 125/80. At the labor delivery they kept me over night and did a whole preeclampsia work up - Negative.

They want to induce me because of one day of high blood pressure. (This day I was running errands and pushing my self though)but I feel like they’re only doing this for liability reasons. My blood pressure and swelling is completely normal now. I’m scared and don’t want to induce if I don’t have to. I need some advice.

I am currently 36w 1d today with my first. I had high blood pressure and swelling to my feet. My doctor told me to come to the hospital. My blood pressure was 150/90 yesterday and now is currently 130/77. They are worried about preeclampsia but I have so far tested negative for that besides the blood pressure. I have been diagnosed with pre hypertension. They now are saying they want to induce me next Wednesday. Has anyone else gone through this. I’m freaking out. I thought I would have until the 18th of September. I know my health and the babies comes first but I feel fine and my blood pressure is back down. Help I need advice or how to deal with this.

Hi I took in 3 cats that were found behind my warehouse at work. It’s been a few weeks now. They are socialized/ potty trained and my cat has taken them under his wing and ready for adoption. What is the best way to find them homes in SoCal or know of any no kill rescues? I wish I could keep them but I am 7 months pregnant! Any help or points in the right direction would be so helpful!
