The big 3 of tennis doing karaoke. Do you think they match their big 3 placements?

I have noticed with some Scorpios (esp some celebrities of note) that they can not have stereotypically "perfect" features but they can still look attractive due to facial harmony, bone structure, or a combo? Such Scorpios do tend to have striking eyes, but that's really it (if that). And "in action," can have nice smiles. It leads me to believe facial balance and bone structure can do some heavy lifting when it comes to looks cuz if you take Ryan Gosling, for example, none of his features stand out on their own. But he is still attractive. Same with Diplo, Leonardo DiCaprio, Glen Powell, or Matthew McConaughey. Some examples for women are Jodi Foster and Demi Moore. Has anyone else noticed
Been a fan for decades but it was my first time seeing them live last night. This may sound weird but I was not expecting Dave to be so jovial on stage. I know they were always one of the more "fun" and "lighthearted" grunge bands, but they also have some darker songs and videos & Dave's voice has such a deep tone. I was just pleasantly surprised by how happy he was up there, especially being a few decades into his career. And of course, Pat cheesing the whole entire time was the cherry on top. Just so happy I saw them and that they look like they will be around for longer with all their great energy, God willing :))
Hi y'all! Just came from the D.C. show, which rocked. My battery died halfway through Everlong (their final song with the fireworks). If anyone has a video of that, can you share with me? Not sure if this is allowed here :) Just really want a video of the fireworks part, especially. Thanks <3
This is the second weight loss/health sub I've been a part of where OPs seeking tips/help don't really thank or even acknowledge people who respond. What benefit does it give strangers to help you or give you tips unless a thank you or some kind of acknowledgement at least is given? Why would people spend their time helping others here if they don't even get a thanks? Add to that the random down arrows without explanation and it's just too much. I'll still browse the sub for great recipes for those who share them (thanks), but will refrain from replying to those soliciting tips/feedback.
I streamed the last two years. Last year, the lineup was so perfect for me and I had so much fomo. When I saw this year's lineup, I didn't think it measured up. So I didn't bother even trying to go. Now, when I streamed again this year, I realized I liked a lot of the acts (including the surprise guests) and would have had a blast. So does this mean I just go next year no matter what? Is it always worth it? Are there ever any years where it's just a total dud? Or is it always worth it no matter the lineup? Thoughts?
I have a distant cousin whose wedding I went to last year. I sent money electronically after the wedding. The app said the couple received it, but I never got an acknowledgment from them or a thank you...even when I saw her in person a couple months later. I am now being invited to her baby shower. I hate showers, so I don't plan on going. But should I send her a gift? I don't really have a relationship with her aside from the fact that we are related and say hi/bye at family events. Thoughts?
Has anyone else felt that watching streams of Coachella spouled a concert for them? I watched Lady Gaga's headlining set last year and then saw her in concert this year. I felt that me watching the stream gave a lot of the concert away. Same with Ed Sheeran. Anyone else experienced this? For this reason, I am being more selective about which lives I watch this year. If I really like a band/artist and plan to see them live soon, I'm not watching lol. It's such a tricky balance, cuz I love watching the live sets :)
I normally don't tip for takeout, but Waffle House has these signs on the register saying they add 20% gratuity to takeout orders. They don't enforce it & rely on customers to do it at the two locations I went to. It adds pressure to tip in a scenario I wouldn't normally tip. I ended up buckling recently and gave a little tip. The funny thing is their POS system said "are you sure you want to tip $XX amount?" when I was going through the prompts. So they definitely expect a tip. What do you guys do for takeout at Waffle House? What is normal/expected?
The top two men were skiing separate out in the front. Klabo was skiing behind Nyenget and riding his draft for a while. Do skiers in the lead ever move out from in front of the second place skier so 2nd place doesn't get benefit of their draft? I found it odd Nyenget would let Klabo catch his draft for so long (later winning the race). I don't have a lot of experience watching cross country skiing, so hoping someone can clarify. Thanks :)
I've never been crazy about generation labels. Someone born in the late 70s has more in common with someone born in the early 80s than they do someone born in the late 60s. And vice versa. That being said, has anyone else noticed millennials trying to "claim" and "act territorial" over the recent Gen X deaths of Brad Arnold and James Van Der Beek? I understand James played a character on a high school show when he was his 20s, but he was still Gen X & many young Gen X watched Dawson's Creek. They are also claiming 3 Doors Down was mainly enjoyed by millennials and are using that to claim Brad. But why wouldn't someone the same age of the band enjoy them? Or anyone older? To make matters wors
Stop losses only work during market hours. So what do people do outside of those hours? What if your stock falls after hours? Do you use alerts? Anything else? Need some advice. Thanks.
Having a hard time finding this. Thanks!
