Inspired by a post about what band have you seen perform live the most, I'd like to know what band do you wish you had seen live. Keeping it related to the sub, my answer would be Nirvana or early Smashing Pumpkins.

I'm in a need of developer who has experience creating custom WordPress plugins. My client has a WordPress website that needs a custom plugin where end-users can view and sort a custom data set and generate a PDF of the results. We have an earlier version of the plugin, but I need to make version 2.0 (our old developer is no longer available).

After that plugin work, I will also need assistance doing an general audit of the site helping me update the overall performance and functionality, and offer any suggestions for improvement.

Details of the gig:

  • Paying gig. Hourly rate starting at $50 USD. Rate negotiable depending on experience
  • Must be US-based. *No exceptions, and no outso

I'm a US-based freelance UI & visual designer who is looking to work with a native app developer (iOS/Android) to create a music app. Right now I'm in the early stages (concepting, wireframing) and am creating an overall budget for the project. My first step is finding a qualified, US-based developer. In particular, the developer should have experience with apps that work with audio/music. Please DM me a link to your apps in the app stores and your website/portfolio/linkedin and any other information you think is relevant. The project manager and myself will review all messages. I will contact you if I need more information and to discuss what your project fee or day rate would be. Again

Around 2010, I bought a new M9 and used it professionally for a number of years. It's basically been unused in storage for the past four years for various reasons (including switching to Canons for work). My main camera for fun is my M6 (and 3 lenses). I recently decided to get the M9 out and use it. Of course, it's got a corroded sensor!

I've been researching my choices and they are (A) pay $1600 to replace the sensor or (B) trade it in and get an M10P for roughly $6000. Choice A can happen immediately, but choice B means saving up for 12+ months. It is worth it in 2020 to spend $1600 on ten year old tech? I can't take a business write-off anymore on it, so it's a pretty hefty chunk of ch

Hi. Hopefully this is the right place to ask this question. I have a Recording King ROS-616 that I want to use to play slide guitar. I use the guitar in standard tuning and open D. I've currently got .012 gauge strings on it and it sounds pretty anemic when playing slide . I'm thinking about switching the strings to John Pearse resophonic strings (.016, .018, .027, .036, .045, .056) which is a big jump in size.

So my questions:
--Will I be able to do standard tuning with this setup? Or will I have to do standard tuning dropped down a half or whole step?
--Will my guitar be able to handle this string gauge?

Obviously, I'll have to have the guitar set-up properly for this gauge of strin

I'm a freelance graphic designer located on the East Coast (of US). I do a lot of work customizing themes for clients (I usually don't build themes from scratch). Currently I have a job where I need to develop some custom post types that use custom page templates for the Total Wordpress theme. I need a skilled developer who can help me work out some problems I'm having changing the default page templates for the CPT. I have also have some general questions about CPT. Please PM with your hourly rates (payment done through Paypal) and experience. Thanks.

I do most of my shopping online so I like checking out new websites. I hear about a new website or I see an ad so I click.

This has happened at least three times in the past few weeks: as soon as the page loads, a pop-up covers the entire site and asks you to sign in or create an account. Or better yet, sign in with your Facebook account!

Sign up. Just to browse. I usually nope out of the site. Or if I'm really, really curious, I enter a fake email/password. This trend has to stop. I see this in particular with a certain type of store—clothing or household shops that are trying to be high-end or "curated" or "hip".

Yes, I understand you want to capture data and get emails addresses so y
