Hey r/Glocks!

I'm in the market for some Ameriglo Bold sights for my Glock 17 Gen 4, but so far I can't find them anywhere but Amazon or GT Distributors. GT Distributors has them for a (much) better price, but there are two different versions: one for the Gen 5 and one for the Gen(s) 1-4...the latter of which is of course out of stock.

Does anyone know why the sights labeled only for the Gen 5 wouldn't fit on the Gen 4? As far as I've seen, there's no difference in the width of the slide or the method in which they're installed between the Gen 4 or Gen 5 G17.

Alternatively, I could pick up the Ameriglo Agent sights for the same price - the only difference is the rear sight is a U-not
