I have lower right deep back muscles pain that radiates into under ribs. Also have what I assume is a compressed nerve in my left shoulder and/or neck. Posture is bad I admit. Neck muscles stay stiff, lowers back pain fluctuates from day to day now. Has gotten a bit better over the last week or so, but I keep refracting it. I did go to primary and they sent me to PT. It really hasn’t helped. Only thing that really helps is hearing bad on back and for neck, I really feel it’s rolled shoulders and tech neck. Any suggestions? I’m ready for this to get healed up.
