So, I’ve never had to call the doctors to book an appointment (I tried once before but told I called too late which is why I’m wanting to check this)

the 8am rush for phone calls, Is that only for same day appointments or for all available appointments? I need to book an appointment to get some blood work done, however if I can’t call at 8am as I’m driving to work and since it’s not an urgent appointment I’m not going to skip work to call it

I (24m) was very silly and had an at fault collision in October. I’ve been dreading the renewal date as when I looked online for quotes they were about 150 a month.

Just got my quote through, it’s gone up by £2, from £55 a month to £57 a month.

I’m actually so grateful that it isn’t so much higher and I am just not questioning it lol, the claim is defo on my insurance though lol.

Hi guys, I wasn't planning on a career in the finance industry, but a recruiter had reached out to me and I have an interview for the technology / digital part of the business.

The issue is, since I wasn't planning on a career in finance I have 5 facial piercings (bridge, nostril and 3 eyebrows), how much of an issue is this likely to be in the interview?

I want to give myself a fair chance but don't want to change how I look for an interview that I didn't even apply for, unless I replaced them with clear piercings so they look a bit more professional? What does everyone think?

It's an interview over zoom but they said to wear business casual - my issue is that I have 5 facial piercings, is this likely to be an issue? (Also blue hair)

The interview is obviously position in the digital department so it won't be as strict in the rest of the company, however my current company is fairly relaxed so I'm just not sure if these will be fine? I could potentially replace them with clear ones if that would help. Thoughts?

I'm on at the start of season 8 please no spoilers!

I like the show, I know it's unrelastic but it makes good TV and it's enjoyable.

But oh my God, the amount of times they say stuff like "there's no casualties just a few injuries".

In case you didn't know, casualties means fatalities and injuries, not just fatalities.

I know it's small but it bugs me every time.

Pretty much just in shock from the title. I'm getting a new car and can't switch with my current company so I am looking at others. I currently drive a BMW 1 Series and I'm moving onto a BMW Z4.

Both cars I have my partner on as a learner driver. I think the main points that got this are this year my 3 points expired (still have to declare to insurance but the hit won't be as bad), just turned 24 recently, 4years NCD, and I recently moved into a new job. Even with all that though, going from £150 a month to £50 a month seems insane.

That's all just wanted to share that lol
