My roommate and I moved out of our Maryland apartment in June. When we moved out, we cleaned the place pretty well and nothing was damaged. Flash forward two weeks, we get an itemized receipt stating the we had damages amounting to $937 (carpet cleaning, cabinets, floors, etc)

This seems like an absurd amount of charging. Not only did they take our security deposit, they are also charging us more. Yet, when we moved out, we saw none of this damage.

So when we got the bill, we asked for the pictures and receipts of fixes of the supposed “damages”. No answer. We call again later and no answer. We call and email over multiple weeks, and either they say they will send it the next day or don’t

I’ve been having a lot of weird dreams about Lola’s voice actress Kath Soucie for the last year and a half. One of my most recent ones is where I’m at a birthday party for her, and this happened a week after I sent her flowers for real for her birthday in November. I even had a conversation last summer on Facebook with someone I initially believed to be her, but found out it was an online catfisher when they asked me to buy them a very specific gift card. Like much of the Internet, they didn’t even get her date of birth correct.
