the narrator was talking about how the guys werewolf transformation is affecting his body. like how all of his organs fail simultaneously after he went into cardiac arrest and how he cannot scream not because he is not in pain but because his vocal chords snapped into shreds. i don't know what movie it is from or when it came out. this is pretty much what i remember from it. it was really gorey and fucked up.
