Hello all! Recently my mother and I started an LLC that was 50/50. I filed through the state office with both of our names on the articles of organization and got our EIN.

Since then she has decided she didn’t want to be part of it.

We haven’t created an operating agreement yet. So my question is do I need to create an operating agreement that first shows us both as 50/50 owners and then a new one showing I bought her out? Can I just create an operating agreement with just myself since we haven’t created the operating agreement yet?

I know I need to file an amended articles of organization with the state but any other necessary steps? The LLC is about a week old. So not much activity o

Got offered JSN/Hyatt for London. I’m leaning on making the trade. I love London but I feel JSN has been upside and Hyatt has great potential.

So today I was offered Mahomes/Mattison for Carr/ETN.

I feel like I should smash accept on that right? Mahomes is obviously better than Carr but Mattison is certainly not better over ETN.

My other backs would be Kamara and Ekeler. My other QBs are Herbert, Dobbs, and Zach Wilson.

With his 4 turnovers tonight and repeated history of turnovers, why is Josh Allen still in the discussion to be the QB right after Mahomes? Certainly there are guys better than Josh Allen. Personally, I’m putting Jalen Hurts and Justin Herbert ahead of Josh Allen.

Just trying to get a general consensus from the fantasy community. A league I’m in allows it currently but I do not think a suspended or hold out play should be able to fill a roster spot due to the suspension/holdout being brought on themselves. We have 3 IR spots currently.
