pretty much the gist of it in the title. HifiEngine, of course, won't let anyone make account to download anything except for 5 minutes once a year only in certain parts of the globe.

the service manual for the Hitachi-badged version (D-RV7) is available freely online, but I need help figuring out some of the actual features the thing has.

it's such a boring, vacuous concept at this point and adds literally nothing, despite being posted all the time. most of the time they're AI slop, just to make things all the more hollow and uninteresting. a lot of the times they're just posted by random accounts karmafarming.

I would like to configure it to say things, however, I am unable to access it. PIT has seemingly disabled configuration via outside Daktronics software (like M2Config or the Venus software suite) and made it so any configuration has to happen via the web interface, which is protected by HTTP basic authentication with a username/password that was not given to me.
