My male friend group is six of us, and out of this group me and this particular friend are the only ones not married or without kids so we have a more time to talk than the rest do.

Ive tried the King Arthur and Pillsbury GF flours. The King Arthur came out dry and bland. The texture of the Pillsbury came out slightly better but still off. Maybe I’m trying too hard to compare it to its non GF counterpart… or my expectations for GF food is high. It just doesn’t taste like a waffle or pancake to me. I’ve been to the hospital multiples times for severe constipation and lower back pain. Now it It feels like a huge bulge in my stomach pushing down on something. When I bend down the pain in my lower back gets so severe I cry.. When I sit up it goes up to my chest and it feels like I’m having a heart attack. I’ve only did a CT scan once and the doctors said they don’t see anything and to take MiraLAX. I’ve been in severe pain and it is spreading to my legs specifically my calf’s more and more and I struggle to stand and sit up straight. I just took 15mg Bisacodyl, 2 cap fulls of Miralax, and a suppository and I’ve never seen so much come poop come out, but I still feel full of it. I’m thinking about taking a day break and taking some mineral oil after. Will the rest come out eventually or will it just sit?

I’m in so much pain and everything I’ve taken has not worked; Neilmed, most OTC Allergy medicine and congestion medicine, herbs, Flonase, Nasacort, XClear, and Ibuprofen. My head is very tender and when I touch it, it hurts a lot. When I raise my eyebrows I can feel my whole sinus area getting heavy and heavier and painful. My jaws also hurt as well and every I go my symptoms get worse and worse. I need help. I don’t even know where to go

I’ve never been a big cooker and every since I stopped eating gluten, I tried a bunch of recipes and books with no success…but lately I’ve been watching a lot of nonGF recipes on IG and a lot of them use bread crumbs or just regular flour. I was wondering if I just use Gluten free flour, will I get the same results? I’ve heard people really only having trouble consistently making GF Mac and cheese, spaghetti, pizza, and bread etc. I heard if you have GF flour with Xanthan gum you’ll get a similar taste/texture as non GF foods? Is it this that easy or do you have tweak every recipe to get it to taste the same?

I’ve used Neil Med saline rinse, Zyrtec, Xclear nasal spray, Sudafed twice, Flonase, and Advil Sinus Congestion & Pain and neither do anything but cause extreme anxiety. Anything I put in my body causes extreme anxiety and intensifies my symptoms. I’ve tried using them for 2 weeks straight and my congestion in my chest and nose have gotten 10x worse. My head has so much pressure and tightness towards the top of my scalp….it feels hard to lay down and bend down. Idk what else to do. I’ve never felt this bad before.
