I have a problem I need advice on and it is partially my fault. Sorry for the long text. My session today started at the foot of the hill at old bonegrinder. I had a busy week and I decided to focus on bonegrinder prep instead of vallaki prep because I was 1000% sure they will ignore my warnings and go there. Jokes on me, they went to vallaki where I just did the minimum prep like basic main plot points and maps.

After a few hours of exploring the city they went to the blue water in and the wizard decided to split the party to explore the exterior of the inn visible on the map. The problem starts with a small shack/barn

So, music is a very big deal for me in my sessions. For the most part I use the amazing Enderal Soundtracks by Marvin Kopp for my game and it creates an amazing atmosphere. However, I am struggling with finding suitable pieces for Vallaki. So I come to you, fellow Strahd enthusiasts, to ask for music that you used to set the scene in Vallaki.
In my head it has to be different pieces starting with something that gives joy and the feeling of safety slowly evolving back towards the dark an hopeless scene Barovia already established.
Please help me find some peace for I am so done with searching.

Hey everyone! I want to celebrate my birthday with a beach party and would really love to know your location recommendations.
It should be a sand beach with water access and good to reach with ÖPNV. Cool would be something like a small bay with privacy for around 30 people (not like in the middle of the crowd at Strandbad Wannsee).

Bonus points if you can reach toilets somehow and possibility for a campfire or such. Even though I know that especially the campfire will be nearly impossible.

I would be really thankful for hints from you :)

I‘m looking for flea markets where I can buy really old trinkets. Like Roman or Aztec coins for example. Alternatively, stores where I can find such things will really help me out.

So, I‘m currently working on my feast of st. Andral prep. I will use most of the changes u/MandyMod proposes and my PCs will be level 4.

When my PCs enter the vampire spawn room on the 2nd floor of the coffin makers shop I will make them have a little conversation and then let 4-5 of the spawns escape with the bones and 1-2 of them fighting the party to buy the others more time to reach the church.

Here is the thing. My players just annihilate every encounter that I make even remotely easier for them.

So I am thinking about wether I should use:

1. 2014 or 2024 spawns

2. one or two spawns fighting the PCs (and retreating if low)

3. 2024 spawns with regenerate

It can be quite hard to find people who enjoy goth music in Berlin and going out alone most often doesn’t feel rewarding. So, if anyone else is thinking about going there and is struggling to do so on their own drop me a message :) Also if you are a group and would like more people to join!

Hey everyone! I am really into the lore of Innistrad and the Markovs in particular, but I never came across a coat of arms or symbols they identify with. At least not more than the flower ornament on Edgar’s armor. Does anyone know more about this or stumbled upon something related to it?

So I want to build a commander deck around the theme of a peasant revolt. Basically nothing special, just humans. Like everyday people, no kings, knights, nobles or whatever of that kind. some cards that describe the theme pretty well in my opinion are [[Gallows at Willow Hill]], [[Town Gossipmonger]], [[Unruly Mob]] and whatever human token engine you can imagine. At the moment I struggle with finding a suitable commander and I'm still missing lots of cards that fit the deck either mechanistically and/ or thematically. Therefore I figured I should ask some more experienced folks about their ideas of making that happen. I would really appreciate some advice from you all!

I want to start a new playthrough with with a Bloodseeker dhampir. Maybe I'm just stupid idk but in my character creation the Bloodseeker is not mentioned along ther slayer archetypes. what am I missing? This does not seem to be a common issue.

Hey! I am a huge fan of dark music and want to get some today. But I don't wanna go alone. Anyone up for some gothic/Darkwave tunes or similar?

For a few months I (m, 28) have been really interested in music production. Especially in the next two months I got some more time on my hands and want to get a little more invested. However, since I don't have the budget to visit one of those fancy music production schools I am looking for other people who are interested in the topic as well. Maybe hang around a little bit, practice/learn together and produce smth. I'm quite a beginner and mainly interested in all kinds of electronic music, rock, metal, goth and everything in between. Even if you have no experience at all hit me up if you're interested! :)

I've been playing DnD online with some friends the past few years but would really like to get into live sessions by now. Is there any group currently looking for new players? Doesn't matter if you're new or experienced. Language wise I'd prefer german but I'm open to try english as well.
