I use it to boost my mood. I manage to stay caffeine-free for the entire workweek, but once Saturday morning comes and my kiddo is shaking me awake and asking a hundred questions, I reach for the bean juice.

So I’m asking for advice on two fronts: “Are there any tips and tricks to stay in a good mood when your kid is actively wearing you down?”and “Are there any supplements, nootropics and/or habits that you recommend to boost your mood?”

I’ve recently had a fair bit of successful gaining by adding GOMAD, or “Gallon Of Milk A Day,” into my diet. But I’ve also kept up with my usual hydration habits of drinking around a half-gallon to a gallon of water a day.

So nowadays, my number of pee breaks per day is... inconvenient, to say the least. Which got me thinking, how much water is actually in milk?

I looked up water content for 2 percent milk, and found that it consists of 87 percent water and 13 percent solids. Maybe this question is a no-brainer, but does a gallon of milk contain enough water by itself to stay hydrated, without drinking any water by itself?

I’m currently enrolled in a college that uses “competency-based learning,” where you can learn as quickly as possible and then test out and move onto the next class.

Does taking multiple classes at once offer some sort of synergy effect, particularly if they all center around the same subject, i.e. computer science? Or would taking classes one at a time allow you to focus on learning things piecemeal, and finish faster?
