I’m a plat 2 almost 3 and my aim feels extremely inconsistent, I feel I like I get carried all the time, I’m looking to get better and improve. Any tips to help get better aim.

I swear every time I play cayo Perico with 2 people, they just want to kill everyone in the compound. Are they stupid and genuinely don’t know what they are doing or are they doing it to make people mad? Keep in mind, these are level 80-120s I’m playing with.
