New home built and purchased in 2020

Due to soil findings the home was built on stilts/pillars (I'm not a foundation expert)

Home has a crawl space

Maybe the second year we lived here, crack #2 appeared but we ignored it thinking it was normal around windows and door frames. Over 2023 and 2024 crack #2 had gotten significantly larger. Crack #1 appeared shortly after and has begun spreading to the floor behind the stove. Crack #4 just popped up out of nowhere this week and spread quite fast.

My wife and I are concerned about the structural integrity of the wall and foundation. No cracks have appeared in the windows or flooring. The exterior siding is vinyl and
