I'm on 1.2 mainline. I've used a lot of angled pipeline supports (they're my go-to for that initial coal plant) and I don't remember running into this before, but it's been a while.
- If the pipeline support is straight up and down, the pipe snaps to it correctly.
- If there's any angle to the support, the pipe seems to snap to the hinge between the pipeline connector piece and the pole.
Did I goof something or is this a bug?
Thanks!

Inspired by a recent post here, I've had my eye out for root beer hard candies lately and I thought I'd share my findings thus far. These were what I could get a hold of, and all of them are pretty good! There are a lot of different flavor profiles under the root beer umbrella, and each of these covers something a little different.
For context, Barq's and Henry Weinhard are my go-tos, and I'm not crazy about wintergreen forward root beers. That's just my personal preference.

Every time I exit ARC Raiders (e.g. via ESC->Exit), I find that it's no longer on my taskbar, but it's still running in the Task Manager. It's consuming a decent chunk of resources too, so I assume it's still trying to run at least some of the game. Steam still knows it's running as well, and shows the option to Stop, rather than Play, the game.
Google pretty much failed me. I couldn't find anyone else reporting this, nor any kind of bug database / reporting option.
So, I guess this is mostly curiosity, with a bit of a "Check your background tasks just in case!" PSA, but is anyone else seeing this?
Hello! I'm hoping to model something like tactile paving, or tenji blocks, onto a roughly 32mm / 1:54 scale diorama I'm building, and I'm looking for ideas about how to achieve this.
Tactile paving / tenji blocks are patterns of bumps on walkways that are all over Tokyo and other areas. I believe they are primarily for assisting the visually impaired? The two patterns that I'm hoping to evoke are a dot-grid and four parallel bars, like these:

In my scene, I'm emulating streets with texture paste and curbs, tiles, and sidewalk pavers with different thicknesses of cut card, but I'm not sure how to get these patterns. I'm not worried about getting them exac
I’ve heard that the newer WotR models are a bit closer in scale to Age of Sigmar, and I’m wondering whether Slaves to Darkness Fellriders would dwarf the new(ish) mounted Wulf of the Hill Tribes model?
If anyone happens to have both and is willing to post a comparison shot, I would greatly appreciate it! Thank you!
And what's the over/under on their giving us the thing anyway?
Three long time BattleTech / MechWarrior fans are going to play our first game of tabletop here in a few hours. We've settled on Alpha Strike.
I've heard a lot that Grinder format is good for first timers to Classic, especially at unusual player numbers. Is there an alpha strike equivalent recommendation?
Also, I get the impression that the multiple attack role and pilot die optional rules are almost universally preferred? Is that right?
Thanks!
I often find myself using google sheets alongside a voice program (Discord), in which I use push to talk to control when my voice (and any ambient noise) is broadcast. The issue I'm having is that every time I push the button to talk, if sheets has focus, it begins editing a cell. This frequently results in cell contents being inadvertently deleted. I end up CTRL+Zing a lot, or very tediously managing my mouse focus, just to get by.
Currently, my push to talk button is bound to F24 (equivalent to Shift+F12), which is mapped to a mouse button. I have no idea why this action begins a cell edit, but it does.
I'm wondering if there's some other button I can assign push to talk to, that I'm not
I got my CGL Davion lances in today and they're great sculpts all around. However, the Falconer has two panels at the back that look like something is meant to connect to them?
They're on the back of the big pods on either side; its "cheeks", if you will. I'll try to upload a picture later, but they're pretty large panels and they have absolutely no detail at all except for one, perfectly rounded hole each, in mirrored positions. They make it looks like you're supposed to attach something with pegs into those holes.
Does anyone know what's up with these? Is it just an odd design decision? Did I not get the parts that I'm supposed to glue in there? (I got the Thunderbolt heads but that's i
I came across a few "Tinted Gloss" paints on the reaper site, like this one: https://www.reapermini.com/search/29216
But I can't find any information on them.
My best guess is that they're a semi-transparent metallic paint, but that's not really based on much.
Does anyone know what these are? Thanks!
My Somerset Strikers pack came with two little separate bits and I'm not quite sure where they go. I'm also hoping it's not one bit that broke...
First is a little fin thing. It kinda looks like it fits in the back of the hatamoto-chi, but it would cover a tiny bit of detail.
The second is a back banner. I assume this is also for the 'Chi, but there's no obvious place to put it? I'm afraid it was supposed to be attached to the top of the fin?
Does anyone know what these are and, more importantly, where they go? Thanks!
(It's not letting me post the pic but I'll put it in the comments...)
