I encountered an issue today where Dovecot crashed and didn't restart. This resulted in every inbound email bouncing, without queuing them anywhere:

It's not clear why it shut down; the log just shows it quitting but not why it quit:

I'm using a GLM Pro coding plan that I got for very cheap at the end of last year. I'm currently using GLM-5.2 with Hermes Agent and am very impressed at how well the model works. Research, coding, building new skills, all work well. It has no issue generating relatively high-quality Python code. The model has improved pretty significantly since GLM-4.7!

During the day in US Pacific time, it works well. Once it hits their peak time (around 9-10 PM Pacific time / 12-1 PM China time), I hit the dreaded rate limiting:

My wife and I sometimes have Chill (55) playing on our Google speakers at home.

Yesterday, it was playing an ad after each song?? The exact same Toyota ad over and over again. I've never heard ads on that channel before. It's not playing ads in the car, just at home.

Is this some weird glitch where a non-ad-supported plan is playing ads?

I'm testing out Odoo before deploying it in production. I'm using Odoo Community v18.

When I send an invoice to a customer, it sends immediately. If the customer replies, I see it in the chatter quickly afterwards:

However, I (as an Odoo user following the invoice) don't get an email notification about it until a long time later. I do have my profile set to "Handle by Emails".

The documentation says:

Emails that are considered urgent (from one person to another, such as sales orders, invoices, purchase orders, etc.) are sent immediately. They do not show up under Settings

I'm currently evaluating Odoo community edition and am self-hosting it using Docker. All files are in /opt/odoo-test: docker-compose.yml, extra addons (OCA accounting and a few other OCA addons), Postgres data, Odoo data, and a custom Dockerfile that extends the Odoo one and adds a few extra Python packages.

It's working well, so I want to start setting up the production environment. I want to copy some data across (most config, automations, the list of apps I've installed, access tokens for Plaid, Google, Stripe, etc) while removing other data (test invoices and payments).

How do people usually do this? Should I:

1. Copy the DB across as-is and delete data I don't want any more in Odoo?

I'm on Unlimited Starter and am using the free/complementary 10GB roaming eSIM. It's been working well across Europe (with 5G), but data stopped working in Italy yesterday:

• Manually selecting a network. I tried switching between all the supported ones.
• Turning roaming off then back on.
• Turning airplane mode off then back on
• Restarting the phone.

My wife and I were both having problems, so I doubt it was a setting on the phone.

Eventually, it started working again, maybe six hours after it stopped. Really weird.

Are there known issues in Italy?

I'm trying to create a dashboard that shows a list of all the radio stations I've added to my library in Music Assistant, and plays that radio station on a smart speaker when clicked.

I'm in the USA and have a 2025 iX xDrive50 with software version 11/2024.74.

I'm encountering a strange issue where SiriusXM channels 300 and above don't work properly. For example, 90s on 9 (channel 9) and chill (channel 55) work, but Mosaic (305) and Utopia (341) don't. I see the channels in the list and can select them, but the radio keeps playing the previous station that was selected. The SIriusXM site says that the iX should be able to receive these channels.

Is anyone else seeing this issue?

I've also got an i4 on software version 03/2025.19 and it works fine there, which makes me wonder if it's a software bug that's fixed in a newer version.

Are there any plans to allow mutual funds to be added to a basket? I'd like to use the Fidelity Zero funds (i.e. FNILX, FZIPX, FZROX and FZILX) in my Roth IRA account, but when I try, the site says "Not eligible for basket trading". My understanding is that it only works for stocks and ETFs at the moment, but it would be useful if it worked with at least Fidelity mutual funds too.

The page at https://www.usmobile.com/international-roaming-phone-plans says you get a 10GB eSIM on Warp Annual Unlimited Starter for international data in Australia, however the description of the plan in the app only says you get 1GB. Which one is correct? Also, is the eSIM free? The site implies that, but doesn't explicitly say it.

I'm on the trial and haven't selected a paid plan yet, but the amount of international data included for Australia is a factor in my decision.

I'm trying to figure out which chargers work well.

I've got two Samsung ones (model numbers EP-NG930 and EP-N5100) and neither work properly. They start charging, but after a few seconds, the light starts flashing and they stop charging.

The wireless charger in a BMW iX doesn't work either - the case triggers the foreign object detection after a few seconds, which stops the charger for safety reasons. Works fine without the case.

On the other hand, an Anker MagSafe Qi2 15W charger works fine, albeit at slow speeds. Slow speeds are fine as I usually just charge overnight, and can plug in if I need faster speeds.

Which wireless charger are you using with your S25 Ultra? I was trying my current charger (Samsung EP-N5100) but the S25U doesn't seem to like it. No matter how I orient the phone, the light on the charger starts flashing red after a few seconds.

I've got a dbrand case with magnets in it, so a Qi2 charger would be good.

I've been setting up my new phone (Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra). I like the grip case!

Wireless charging works fine, however I'm having issues using NFC. For example, it doesn't detect my Yubikey security key when I tap it to the back of the phone, and some NFC tags I've got don't work either. They work fine if I remove the case.

Is this a known issue with the case, or am I doing something wrong?

I just received my iX yesterday and I'm enjoying it so far. Definitely an upgrade over my 2012 Mazda3 haha. Trying to learn all the features.
