Did the new re3 come with an online Co op mode? I don't see it when I boot the game. Is it a separate download?

So my dog will bark at any dog that's at a distance and not walking towards her. If she sees them coming and might get a chance to say hello she plays it cool.
Any advice on trying to help my dog not have such bad FOMO?
It sounds aggressive but the tail is wagging and if she DOES get to see a dog up close that she "yelled" at she's fun and playful and respectful to the other dog.
I'd love to get her to stop this because it sure does make me feel like and look like a bad dog dad.
