I recently decided to give WoT another read, and I just finished Lord of Chaos - Marzim Taim is throwing me for a loop!
It definitely seems as though he has experience/knowledge that he shouldn't, and the similarities between him and Demandred are too close to be ignored!
I did research and RJ stated Demandred was never posing as Mazrim Taim, and while it was a popular theory it didn't end up panning out!
I've come up with an idea and I am curious if you guys can poke holes in it or not!
As far as I can tell we don't know exactly when Demandred escaped from the Bore, but that he was out sometime before Mazrim Taim met with Rand.
