I don't particularly care about the end results, I'm more interested in the starting point and the journey. From complete damsel in distress/massive coward, not the usual fanfic versions which throw themselves in front of bullets at the first opportunity, through being taught or slowly adapting to terrible situations, and finally becoming someone who doesn't just scream and run away in panic.

I'm almost positive there won't be many examples so I'm willing to compromise.

It doesn't have to be a MC as long as they're important and have agency. It can be done in flashbacks or as a story in a story ("I remember being like you" type

In honor of the recently started spin-off of a truly awesome show (go watch Spartacus), I'm looking for a Worm equivalent of one of the coolest scenes in the original series.

A fight between two parties where one side is giving it all and after a lot of effort does manage to subdue/kill/disable/capture the opponent. Celebrations/congratulations/revels starts but then the downed party decides that the warm-up is over, dust themselves off, and phase two of the fight is hilariously one-sided in their favor.

Now, I specifically don't want Endbrigers or similar, the opponents need to be relatively close in power (lvl 3/10 vs. lvl 6/10 is fine, lvl 3/50 vs. lvl 30/50 is not) and the damage from

I'm not talking about cameos or fleshing out the world. More like you have an MC Bob with fire powers in a gritty, noir story, and you want to write a comedy and decide to use the same exact character.

Better fit, laziness, different fandoms (easier to hide), could be any reason.

I very rarely search for specifically Naruto fanfiction, it's always "something-I-want-to-see" + Naruto elements. And this is the first time I'm asking for fics rather than idly browsing.

A few criteria that the fics should have but, except for the first, don't need

• no shipping - this is a big one, automatic skip for anything even remotely close. Romance is fine and yes, I consider the two very different.

• no crack - similar to above with comedy being OK

• I prefer crossovers but if it's good, it's good

• other MCs than Naruto/Sasuke.

• no thousand-year-old-planeswalker or resurrected as a baby.

So you're an average scoundrel and decide to rob a house with your buddies. You get in, start doing your thing and come across a heavily locked door/safe. Excited about a big score, you manage to open the door only to find a body hanging from a meat hook. Or a couple of heads on pedestals. Or something to that effect. And you start regretting your life choice.

It was a billion years ago, so the only things I remember is that it was on SpaceBattles, and it included Silver Surfer from Marvel and Arceus from Pokemon.

I'm looking for a guy/gal who is a long term teammate/sidekick of Legend or some such and is forgettable. Relatively low or boring power, isn't the one who arrests the villains at the end of a fight, very low merchandise output.

And then someone thinks, "Eh, I can take them" and everybody with a half a brain looks at him and slowly explains, "they're still around after a decade of the same fights Legend was in."

The character doesn't have to be an MC, it doesn't have to be a major plot point, it just would be nice to have a moment of appreciation for 'lesser' members.

Do you know of any entertaining series by a first time player?

How does she get into it? I'm pretty sure it's an onesie, so does it have a zipper on the back/front? But she has hard-something-parts on the front (built-in or removable?) so it has to be on the back.

And the mask is a balaclava with a hole on the back. Are the mouth/jaw pieces separate?

And finally, how long does it take to put the whole thing on?

I just bought the DLCs and want to play them, but I have the Legacy version from years ago, which doesn't work, and can't install the Steam version.

If I have to buy it again, then fine, but I can't even do that. It says that it's already in my library, and it doesn't let me buy it for myself (only as a gift). And clicking on play does nothing.

Specifically, I'm looking for characters who take one glance at Scion/Endbringers and go "that belongs on an altar/dissection table/in a cauldron/in a generator". And have a means to accomplish that goal. Not necessarily power but more knowledge and will.

I have a craving to play this but want a better experience.

Are there mods that forces your custom car to stay spawned (or hopefully fixes the despawing in general), or allows free aim in cars, or accelerates leveling-up certain attributes, or tracks (or shows them on minimap when your close) collectibles, or... you know what I'm looking for, right?

Imagine a dragon, one of the most powerful creatures in the setting. Then imagine him (or her) being from a bronze dragonflight which holds dominion over time itself. What does he (or she) use their awesome powers on?

To age cheese. And selling it.

So I want characters (the more powerful, the better) with entrepreneur spirit. Or at least someone who have some hobbies beyond punching stuff.

But. I would strongly prefer if the fic WASN'T a crack. And it would be better if the power had a degree of separation from the hobby/job. Panacea selling mo

I really want someone to say, "you might be hot shit in your little part of the world, but outside of it you're so insignificant that nobody bothers to correct your misspelled name." Or something to that effect.
