reddit.com/gallery/1vqp4s1Hey guys, so I've just had this feeling like I'm missing something. Something isn't sitting right with me and I can't pin my finger on it. But I almost caved and went to buy chocolate cake to satisfy myself, so something " hits the spot". The main things I eat are beef mince, eggs, steak, pork belly and some lamb. I've cut all carbs. I take electrolytes, drink plenty of water, use fat (beef tallow, and add butter to things) but I'm still coming up feeling fatigued, and dissatisfied. I even started eating sardines for the omega 3s, supplement with magnesium, use adequate amounts of salt in my food. I just don't know where I'm going wrong. I do still drink coffee, and sometimes tea (with semi
I played overwatch for around 2 days straight. Then uninstalled (I'm talking 10hr+ days while off work). So yeah, I relapsed. But the horrific part is I didn't feel shit until yesterday (a few days after binging). I genuinely feel like I've had a MAJOR night out of getting high and being on drugs. I feel suicidally low, I feel like I don't give a fuck about anything. My mood is utter shit and my motivation at 0. I barely scraped by in work yesterday. I just hope I pick up again soon. My mental health just hit an absolute all time low. I just don't understand how people play this constantly without any drawbacks it boggles my mind.
Hi so I'm just thinking how shares go up in value. Due to demand, how much is bought, ect. I'm looking at trading 212, how they use your money in the account and where it's held. I see alot of this in JP Morgan. I see you can buy shares in this. Would it not be wise to buy shares in them instead of having it in a cash ISA? (In a stocks and shares ISA?). Surely if a huge platform like t212 are holding money in this place, there is little doubt the price of shares will plumet? I know this is a stupidly naive thing to ask, and I understand I have no clue what I'm talking about. But I hope the premise of what I'm expressing is received. Cheers.
Feel really disappointed in myself with the amount of time I'm spending being "productively unproductive". AKA, playing an MMO (OSRS). I have this habit of spending all my time, by myself, in my room, playing this game. The worst part of it is, I don't even enjoy it. And constantly feel guilty and bad about playing. To top it off, I barely even talk to people in-game. I'm in such a bad spiral, and I just can't help but bury my head with anytime I get. It doesn't add to my life in the slightest. I used to enjoy playing and had better balance in other areas. But right now I'm completely isolating myself and have no other goals or passions to pursue. I struggle with goals and sticking to them.
Hi all. So like most, I did research, " up the fat intake". Read up, watched videos, steak and butter girl, eating sticks of butter. I decided to try this, upping my butter alot. I put 1/3 of a stick in my eggs for a few days. Had butter on my steak. But this 3 days or so, I've got this horribly " minty" taste, and my body sort of quivers in horror when I think or have butter now. I don't know why, or how others possibly can eat sticks of this when I feel this way after just a few days of upping the intake. Anyone else felt this? Cheers
So I thought that I may have COVID. I've been 5 days in, (multiple weeks in, but not strict) but these past 5 days I've ate nothing but meat, water, and coffee. (Cut out all junk, sweets, processed things + carbs). . This past couple of days I've had this really weird taste in my mouth. It's metallic. Things taste different, and I've almost gone off coffee and tea (I drink then with milk) as it just leaves this horrible taste. But I'm realizing this taste hasn't gone away. It's like a metallic weird gamey taste, almost like when you used to lick those batteries (If you know you know). I did read up that " keto flu" is a thing (as I've also been feeling a little off). I was just wondering if
