Does anyone have any recommendations for advanced fitters that are good at resolving recurring problems? I’ve had some very hard to pin down knee ache and hip pain and have tried to resolve them with a few fitters to no success.

I have a pair of S-Works 7 shoes that have these seemingly proprietary "t-nuts" that your cleat's bolts screw into on the bottom of the shoe. I need to replace one that has stripped and, because of the current pandemic or just supply limitations, it seems that nobody can get them for me through Specialized. I did however find [these t-nuts that appear to be identical and the correct thread (M4)](https://thepihut.com/products/aluminum-extrusion-

I’ve got some bike parts to sell and I was wondering which site most people Visalia use these days for buy/sell/trade? In the past I’ve had success with Craigslist but I’m open to any more popular alternatives.

Selling this bike and downgrading to something a bit more relaxed for general fitness and fun riding rather than outright speed. This bike is fast, stiff, and it has been the best part of my day for about a year. It's been custom painted by James Bellerue at Good Color studio (previously the painting partner at Stinner Bikes before they relocated).

I am trying to remember a song that I just can't quite pull out of my head. The song has the same piano motif as this song that I heard in a youtube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w5jkFJndLWY . The song I am trying to recall had vocals and I think it was something about a woman taking a heart or breaking someones heart. The lyrics were spaced to match the piano melody and mostly it's the first 30 seconds of that song that it resembles.

Can't find where I got this from but its from somewhere on reddit or imgur. Google image search got me nothing :(. https://imgur.com/a/Tf88k
