Hi everyone. I’m looking for new volleyball shoes and I was wondering which ones I should go for. I’m a middle blocker, 191 cm and 88–89 kg, and I’ve had some problems with the Metarise 2. I didn’t really feel any grip, even though I cleaned them regularly. Also, maybe there’s too much stack height, which didn’t give me the stability and the power I need to plant my feet when blocking.
I’ve been looking at two models: the Wave Momentum Elite and the Nike Hyperset 2 (SE edition, which caught my eye for the style). I can’t decide which one to pick, or which has the better technology for what I need to do during the season. I hope someone can share some advice based on their own experience. I’
