I bought 6 Parker mccollum tickets about a month ago and waiting until the day of to redeem my tickets to my phone. I got a pop up message saying the tickets have already been redeemed by another email address. The concerts started at 7:30pm and It’s 11am and i’m on the phone with stubhub with a total of 4 people over the next 8 hours. All 4 of them told me I will shortly be receiving an email with alternate tickets in a couple of hours, I don’t receive this email until 7. The alternative ticket link then tells me there are no alternate tickets and i will need to request a refund. So i then request a refund and purchase 6 more tickets completely different seats that costed more money, I go t
