Hello, everyone— I'm hoping someone can help me solve an issue I couldn't find a solution to through searching.

I have a Panasonic UB820 plugged into a Denon 4400H plugged into a LG G4, all with Ultra Certified HDMI cables (and I've tried several), yet the signal is dropping completely every 30-45 seconds.

When the UB820 is plugged into the TV it works perfectly, and every other 4K HDR source I've plugged into the receiver displays on the TV without an issue.

Due to how the cables and ports are arranged, it would be a hassle to plug the UB820 directly into the TV.

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this problem?

My league had a tie for first, and even though we could split the money, our final standing determines which position we draft in next year. We’re also eager to keep it going 1 v 1!
