Is it possible that coach Marty St. Louis, while being absolutely amazing/brilliant in building this team, and incredible performances during regular season, is simply too stubborn/rigid with "following the system" to ever coach us successfully in the playoffs?

Another note: sure his insistence on following the system highly rigidly, and being inflexible to making big changes on the fly as needed, did allow us to win 2 series!

But... We only just barely (barely) won those 2 series, in which both of them had to go to game 7's.

And if it were not for Dobes sudden incredible inspiration and amazing play, I don't think we would have won a single series with Marty's rigid "system".

And so ya... tonight, I feel it was maybe just simply him being mostly way to rigid again, and not really allowing the players to be free to throw caution to the wind in a desperate situation, and just say,

"F-ck it! The system ain't working anymore. Let's just friggi
