I need some guidance on what to get for a new heating system.
So, my hot water coil in my boiler heating system has broken and was leaking water, so I must get it replaced. Problem is that part is discontinued and I'd basically have to replace my entire system now, it's all very old. So, I have a few options to consider, essentially either buy or rent.

Options to buy are:

Electric furnace (only provides heating the home, not hot water): price is 5863.73$ tax included

Water boiler (gas) (can provide both heating and hot water): price is 7473.38$

I also have an old hot water storage tank right now which is laying on its side and looks like it could break any

I don't enjoy making this post, but since some time ago every update to this app has been breaking stuff and making user experiences much worse than they already were.

I can't assume that an entire team is this incompetent, I have to assume there is one or a few people making design decisions when they do not have the skill or knowledge to be making those decisions.

For example, whoever decided to move the vote buttons to the bottom of every comment, and whoever decided to remove the "show parent comment" button when viewing a reply to your comment, that person needs to go, I'm serious.
