Happy Revolution day! Really hoping this is okay to post here. If not on theme, please remove. My kid recently got into Magic and I've kinda tagged along. I really love the idea and creativity of proxy decks themed on my favorite other hobbies.

I really want an AEW Commander deck. I'm not really versed in magic cards yet so I cannot easily say "Oh this would be a good Moxley card." So I thought coming to my fellow Sickos and hope some of them are also into Magic.

So, I'd love your suggestions on Magic cards that fit for AEW wrestlers, weapons, memes, etc.

For those not into Magic but interested, Magic Commander is played with a 100 card deck featuring not duplicated cards except land card

I'm an out of towner attending a pro wrestling show tomorrow night at the Grand Valley Dale Ballroom. I plan to come up a few hours early to scope out some fun and interesting shops in the area and was hoping for some recommendations.

Things I am into:

Vintage stores for toys, clothing and curios

Comic shops

Record shops

Antique stores

TCG card shops (I collect Magic cards)

I see the ballroom is in the north central part of town. I have no interest in modern shopping so Easton wouldn't interest me at all.

I have 2 porcelain crowns located in the top front of my smile from an accident almost 28 years ago. One of the crowns is failing and needs replaced soon. I have always wanted a gold tooth for the aesthetics, but I'm worried about job prospects. If I were to get a gold crown, are there ways to hide it if needed?

My 13 year old kid really likes the Commander format; we're new to the game and have 2 precons. We don't have the best understanding yet of what cards are good candidates to replace what. We understand the best way to upgrade our deck is with singles. However, we've found that what we really like about MTG is opening the booster packs. Going to the shop together, grabbing a couple packs, sitting down right away and opening them together. We know it's not the most op

Hello, I've know about Magic for a long time and always wanted to play it yet never found friends who were interested. 3 weeks ago my 13 year old came home from a friend's house and asked if I had ever heard of a game called Magic? Hell yeah!

We went to a couple local LCS's and picked out 3 precons just to get us started and have a little deck variety:

Family Matters and Squirreled away from Bloomburrow and Dance of the Elements from Lorwyn.

I've played MTG arena a little so I know how to play basics and I've researched Commander rules and we intend to go to game nights at our LCS to get comfy playing on our own. My questions are more about upgrading decks and opening packs.
