Hey again! I’m on my phone so I can’t link back to my original post. A short summary: I was falsely accused of cheating at a B-Tier by misrepresenting my score (“pencil whipping”). My accuser did not bring this issue forth until months after the tournament had concluded. When I refused to back down, they threatened to “expose me” to my community on our club Facebook page.

The update is a little lame in that they never did their justice campaign. When I see them on the course casually they don’t even make eye contact with me. So far it’s been fine by me, I don’t need the extra hostility.

The problem lies in that they have registered for my division in an upcoming tournament. My division is

From my recollection, I definitely do not remember any intentional pencil whipping but we are all human and mistakes can happen. They are threatening to “expose” me to my local community. Hey r/discgolf!! Recently I had an unfortunate experience during a tournament. FA1 only had two participants and was put on a card with the bottom of MA40. During the round, one of the MA40 guys tried to shoot his shot and it was not the time or the place. I told him as plainly as I could that I wasn’t interested in this type of conversation or dating in general at this time, and he would not relent. It was a considerable challenge to maintain the mental toughness needed to compete through this round due to his behavior. What is the best course of action in these circumstances? Thanks.
