I am a GM for an organization that's a subsidiary of a larger organization. We provide a benefit for the larger organization in the way of assets, but our primary business function has never been much of a concern to the larger organization.

As such, my direct supervisor doesn't visit the site and barely knows any of our 90 employee's names. During my tenure I've been successful in raising my team's wages each year ($12 to $20 starting hourly wage since 2016), but I seem to have hit a ceiling with how far they Executive ateam willing to raise them.

My boss began declining pay raises in June and told me that they will reassess the matter in 2027. I asked him what to tell my employees and

I'll caveat this by saying I grew up in an abusive and judgmental household.

I've been out of the church scene for about 6 years now, after being heavily involved for nearly 30 years. I've always struggled with my self-worth and was locked into Calvinism cause it helped me align myself with the whole "piece of shit" feeling that's inside of me.

Lately I've been feeling ashamed because I'm starting to finally allow myself to freely explore things I considered taboo. But there's that nagging voice in the back of my head telling me I'm going to hell.

What have you found to help you with this feeling?

Growing up it was impressed on me that I had to tell people about Jesus and bring about change in others. The Great Commission meant that this was one of the biggest tasks in my life. I handed out tracts, I wore religious t-shirts, and I even have several faith based tattoos.

Now that I'm out of that world I feel like I'm still in that mental trap where I want to change others minds. And I think many can fall into that when all of the friends you've made over the years were from church settings and now you have many differing opinions.

How do you handle this tension and what has helped you get over this mental hurdle? I never enjoyed all the arguing that occured in Small Group settings.

I had a therapist in November of last year recommended meditation. I dabbled with it a few times to close out 2024 and resolved to make it a habit this year.

I have had severe depression and anxiety for well over 20 years now with so many intrusive thoughts. I've felt like a bad person for so long because I can't stop these thoughts from occuring.

The biggest impact meditation has had this year has been to teach me that I am not in control of my thoughts. They mostly arise unprompted - so I do not have to beat myself up over distressing, unwelcome thoughts. I've been learning to judge myself less and let them pass. Every thought I've ever had has passed with time.

I've still had bad da

I want to get everyone's opinions on whether surprised or planned pegging is more exciting and practical. I'm just wondering what works the best for you. Obviously each couple has their own preferences, which is why communication is key.

I have come home to my wife wearing the strapon, but it means I then need to go into the bathroom to prep, and that takes some time if I do it right. Having sex immediately after prepping also makes me a bit more sore than had I had time to wear a plug.

Planning it does remove some of the instant excitement, but the anticipation can be fun. My wife works from home, so I don't usually have a chance to prep if it's a work day.

Confidence

Story / Experience

My wife for my birthday in July suggested I dress up in a bunny suit that she has that never really fit her. I'm 36[M] and was raised in a very conservative family. I've spent my adult life trying to unlearn a lot of hurtful things I was taught.

I was surprised by how confident I felt wearing a woman's article of clothing. I must admit that men's fashion is not very sexy. I ended up purchasing a pair of past the knee stiletto boots last month with some thigh high fishnets and damn I look good in them.

I'm still dabbling my toe in the waters. But it's the first time in my life that I've explored my sexuality without a feeling of shame.

I have to say I'm proud of those of you that have f
