Hi all, I've done some basic speaker design before for a Bluetooth speaker for a friend, but recently I've started to think about replacing my center speaker in my living room home theater with something DIY. I actually like the ES35 in a lot of ways, and it's the only speaker out there that fits where I have it. However, even though the clarity is good, the lack of bass is real, and vocals are a bit hollow in my opinion. So I've started to brainstorm how to beat it in terms of bass in the same package. I believe that a hacksaw could take down the outer frame of the Dayton TCP115-4 to the point that they would meet the height limit. In a properly tuned enclosure I think I could reach an 80hz

Hi all! I'm looking to retire my 2018 Vizio e series and get a new 65 inch. Given the current tv I'm working with (and honestly pretty happy with), my standards are low. It's a bright room and I don't really have the itch for oled, so I'm sticking with mini led.

Currently considering the following:

Qm7

Qm7k

Qm8

Qm8k

Bravia 7

They're all within $700-$1000 for me. We're mostly gamers but will watch HDR movies via Kodi pretty regularly as well. I would love to know which of these people have experience with and why they liked or disliked one. Especially things that wouldn't show up in rtings data.

Hi guys, I recently got an AVR (80 amps per channel) and can therefore move on from my powered bookshelf speakers to something passive. I'm eyeing up the Klipsch rp600m ii for $300. Is there anything at a similar price that is better or equivalent? I already have a decent subwoofer to go with them.

I've been having ever-worsening connection issues with the gamesir Cyclone 2 using the dongle. It started out fine, but I've seen increasingly laggy connections (dropped inputs) to the point that it will fully disconnect then reconnect, even with a 3 foot line of sight to the dongle. It works fine over Bluetooth as far as I can tell. The controller firmware is fully up to date.

Has anyone else experienced this and have a solution?

Hi All, I'm looking for a pair of bookshelf speakers for a home theater and currently learning towards the rp600m ii for $300. Tower speakers are out due to space constraints. Anything else near this price point that's comparable or better? Going to be powering them via an 80 amp AVR, and I already have a good subwoofer.

I've been tinkering with a Glarb-based storm deck and have found it shockingly powerful. Anyone else need using him and have a fun brew or good results?
