Hey! I just logged in on a new iPhone 16 Pro and it keeps asking me for a pincode of a 15 Pro, which i don’t even have.

I did use a 15 Pro in February for a couple of days but i sold it, it’s no longer in my possession and it was reset and emptied before the sale.

I have used the same 6-digit pincode on all my Apple devices but it isn’t accepting that one.

What else is left to do?

I want to purchase a iPhone after a decade of being on Android. I have lost acces to my iCloud, i know the e-mail and password but it sends a two-factor code to a telephone number which i don't remember.

How am i able to restore acces to this account without knowing the full telephone number linked to the account?
