I'm just having a little trouble trying to this guy's diplomacy fix. Apparently, I'm supposed to download the file and replace "descr_faction_standing" with it, but I can't find "descr_faction_standing" anywhere. The comment's on the blog say something about unpacking, but I have no idea how you do that.

I've been reading "Anarchy Works," however I'm having trouble fully understanding the idea of diffuse sanctions, in chapter 2. For example, what would stop a group of those who have been ostracised by the original group from banding together and retaliating? And what would happen if a group was split 50/50 on an issue? Would they just agree to disagree and go their own separate ways?
