Book amaze amaze amaze

The movie left out like %90 percent of the story and replaced it with banal scenes of nothing happening with cheesy music.

I've seen a few posts griping about season 5. I just don't get it, season 5 has had the best narrative so far. At no point did it feel cheesey or unearned. The writers this season really made up for the narrative fail with the whole Jimmy and Danny stevens nonsense. And as much as I love this show, it's had a varying "cheesy factor" the entire time until now. Plenty of narratives have been great, but equally as many felt campy somehow. Season 5 is on par with the expanse, and if that's an issue for you, well you just have poor taste in television. The science is still here, the stakes are higher than ever, and the legacy are living on. The introduction of Avery was a solid move. Kelly taking

The same safety concerns that would apply in LA or SF or any city apply in Yosemite. While statistically less likely, you should have the same concerns about your own safety and the safety of your family members. Since cell service is limited in the park it might be wise to invest in some walkie talkies if you want to let your children walk around unaccompanied. People may actually be more vulnerable in the park because they let their guard down and have a false sense of security. Theft, assault, sexual assault, and deaths happen every year. Don't become another crime statistic.

Here's a 38-year old video about this very topic in which a veteran ranger of 13 years says "I've seen every

Thanks u/Netflix for reminding me about Train Dreams with their ad. Don't watch that movie it's just depressing and a slow waste of time. If I wanted to feel bad I'd just live my own life.

I figured it would be best to ask here because of y'all superior since of humor. I don't have a way to screenshot the show otherwise I'd go find them myself. I'm sure the meme economy could use an influx of Pluribus memes.

Do you think he or she simply fell over and hit their head along with all the other senior members of the executive branch? I mean air force one is still intact. Maybe they were on the Doomsday plane but tbh I don't see that crashing just from a few minutes of pilot inactivity...

When Zosia is first introduced to Carol she tells her "were not spying on you or anything." But then immediately admits that Carol was being monitored via reaper drone. That's a lie, or at least a flagrant misrepresentation of the truth. You could argue semantics and reasonable expectation of privacy but watching someone secretly from a reaper drone at 40000 ft definitely constitutes spying on them. Also the Plurb has no problem lying through omission that's for sure.

Also there's some other things that dont make sense to me.

"Every medical doctor on earth" decided she was dehydrated yet every behavioral expert couldn't determine she was being sarcastic when she asked for a hand grenade

Ive been lurking in the sub after binging the show over the last couple nights and it's evident a lot of viewers completely misunderstand what a hive mind is.

It's not an alien entity controlling humanity. There is no secret puppet master pulling the strings. All of humanity has been joined into single consciousness. It's kinda hard to wrap your head around but everyone is still a person, just without individuality. It's kinda like how brain cells are their own units that make up your own consciousness. Or a CPU with 7 billion cores.

They aren't zombies, they are still humans. The single consciousness is a sum of all individual human consciousnesses.

However there are still some per
