I’m currently looking for a new remote role, and I’ve noticed that many QA positions ask for ISTQB certifications beyond Foundation, which is the one I currently have.

The main challenge for me is finding enough focused study time while working eight hours a day. Reading a syllabus after spending the whole day in front of a screen can be difficult, so I’ve been experimenting with a different study method.

When I was a student, I used to record myself explaining difficult topics and listen to the recordings while walking, driving, exercising or doing household tasks. Repetition helped me retain the material, even though it never replaced properly reading and understanding it.

I’ve got a Supernote Manta and love it, but I never found the built-in Calendar app useful. The main reason? I have an iphone 15 pro max with ios version 17.6.1, this I'm going to comment also happened to me with 17.6.

Randomly a few months ago immesage and the home app started to fail (home app only failed when I was outside my local network), after trying a thousand things the only thing that worked was to reset the phone to factory settings and reconfigure everything. This has worked for a couple of months and today it has happened again, neither home nor imessage works.

It doesn't let me deactivate messages or facetime from settings either, when I deactivate them they are automatically reactivated.

Does it happen to anyone else?
